Refund Not Received for Merchandise Never Delivered and Missing Store Credit
I am filing this complaint regarding an unresolved refund and missing store credit issue with Badgley Mischka that has remained unresolved since September 2025. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly with the company, I have not received a resolution, refund confirmation, documentation of the refund, or restoration of the store credit that was previously available to me.
Prior to placing my purchase totaling $157.67, I had an available store credit of $96.52 in my Badgley Mischka account. During the checkout process, I signed into my account and attempted to apply the store credit toward my purchase. However, after the transaction, Badgley Mischka stated that the store credit was not applied because they claimed I had not signed into my account. This explanation is inaccurate, as I did sign into my account and attempted to use the available store credit during the purchase process.
Badgley Mischka later advised me that my order would be refunded and that my $96.52 store credit would be available once I signed into my account. However, I have been unable to locate the store credit in my account, and I never received a refund confirmation, receipt, or any documentation verifying that the $157.67 refund was processed on September 29, 2025.
I contacted Badgley Mischka again and provided confirmation from my bank showing that the refund was never received and that there is no record of the funds being returned to my account. I also requested clarification regarding the missing store credit and asked for proof of the refund transaction if they believed it had already been completed. Unfortunately, my follow-up communication was not answered.
This matter has now been unresolved for nearly one year. Badgley Mischka has retained $157.67 of my money while also failing to restore the $96.52 store credit that was available to me before this purchase. I have made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this directly with the company, but they have failed to provide a solution, documentation, or adequate communication.
