Totally unprofessional

Totally unprofessional. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years, but my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. I checked out as a guest and selected UPS shipping, yet weeks later I received multiple emails accusing me of using an “old UPS account number” and demanding I pay an additional $80 on a $100 order. At no point during guest checkout was I prompted for an account number.

To make matters worse, I was later told that “all of my credit cards on file” were expired—despite checking out as a guest. This raises serious concerns about how my payment information is being stored and used without my consent.

As a small business owner myself, I would never treat a good customer this way. I clearly recall paying for UPS shipping upfront, and the lack of accountability and transparency here has left me unwilling to continue doing business with this company.

Absolutely unprofessional

Absolutely unprofessional. As many others stated in previous reviews, I placed my order, paid, and…..nothing. It took me reaching out to find out what I ordered was not in stock. I was not notified or given another option. I pushed the issue further, picked a second choice and asked for the bags to be overnight shipped due to their mistake, but they refused. Disappointed in how they handled it and their lack of basic common sense. So now I’ll purchase through American Retail Supply.

Very professional company and product

Very professional company and product. Incredible service from artwork edits to customer service and delivery. I had been using a different company for years but the wait times and costs had become prohibitive for our small business. Bags and Bows really came through for us. Thank you!

I ordered from this company several…

I ordered from this company several times over the last few years. This year I placed a larger ordered and received it. Two months later I received a duplicate of first order.

I have reached out countless times through email, on line and an actual letter to corporate trying to settle this matter. Today I received a collection notice. So glad…maybe they can get a response from the company.

Your boxes are great for our flower arrangements. However, we've been ordering consistently for so many years, it would be nice to have a frequent buyer program or coupons given to offset shipping or reward somehow. Thank you.
