The dress that I received did not match the picture or the description. When I requested to return the dress I was only offered a partial refund and was told I would be given more money if I wrote a positive review.

A dress I ordered had a sizing issue, and their team was incredibly responsive, proactive, and accommodating in making it right. Their communication and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. They offered me different solutions, including sending another dress at a lower price or providing a partial refund so I could have the dress altered locally. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. IT IS A SCAM. Aside from the quality of their dresses being horrible and not as advertised, they didn't even send the right color dress. I asked for a refund, provided proof of what I received and they tried to tell me they sent a burgundy dress and no one else has complained about the color. Look at reddit and Google reviews.... what a mistake ordering from this company.

Quickly received the dress afree ordering. Upon receiving the dress, it was not what the picture looked like at all. Refunding the dress was easy.

This dress has a unique design, I have good taste, and the seller responded quickly and patiently to my questions about the size. I will definitely buy it again.

Ballbella is a real company, but WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT what you get. I ordered a dress to wear to a ball from here and it looked NOTHING like the pictures. These are definitely pictures from other sites and they attempt to make the same dress. Then will have the nerve to ask you to send pictures like YOU are the liar. Needless to say even after I sent pictures I never got my money back. If you are wondering, please DO NOT buy. You will be sorry if you do!

Absolutely stunning! This dress fits me perfectly! It's like it was tailor-made! The only thing I needed to do was alter the length (I'm 145cm tall). I love it so much! I don't really want those generic dresses, and this one is exactly my style.

I purchased a dress from Ballbellas after meticulously checking their size chart. When it arrived, I was impressed by its craftsmanship. Unfortunately, it didn’t fit according to their own sizing guidelines. The dress was significantly smaller than the measurements on their website.
When I tried to return it—relying on their bold “100% Satisfaction Guarantee”—I was met with excuse after excuse. First, customer service claimed the dress was made correctly and asked for photos of me wearing it (which wasn’t possible since it didn’t fit). Then they suggested I blur my face and try again, which felt invasive and unnecessary.
Eventually, they shifted to offering me a small discount to keep the dress and discouraged me from returning it due to high overseas shipping costs, a 10% restocking fee, and even the risk of the package being lost in transit. All this, despite the sizing error being entirely on their end. I reiterated that I had ordered the dress based on the measurements they provided and shouldn’t be penalized for their sizing error.
This is nothing but a bait-and-switch practice. The “guarantee” is a tactic to instill buyer confidence, only to then make the return process so inconvenient, costly, and demoralizing that most customers give up. This isn’t just poor service—it’s unethical.

I purchased a product based on the specifications provided by the company. However, when those specifications were inaccurate, the fair and ethical course of action would have been to cover the return shipping costs and rectify the situation. Instead, the company shifted the burden and expense onto me.
If you value fair treatment and honest policies, shop elsewhere. Additionally, just show the integrity of the company, I have tried posting this same review, on 2 occasions, on Ballbellas.com and they are not there. Only 4 star and above reviews exist.
