Good, but beware of over application.
The product cleaned my dirty caps. The one that was really dirty did not come completely clean, but much better. WARNING: I scrubbed the caps, rinsed them, and then reapplied, but used too much on the cap on reapplication and suds came out the bottom of my dishwasher. 2nd time around, I was more careful not to over apply prior to running them in the dishwasher.

This is the first time in 27 years we have been called liars and cheats. This customer first ordered our product from Amazon. The order was lost during the holidays so we processed a replacement order to send him. This is an easy fix. Meanwhile he went to our website and ordered the product again. We fully refunded his Amazon purchase, and sent him another order AND told him if he received the first order to keep it. No need to return it and he could keep it for free. Our website price is not half the price of Amazon. We have a history of replying to him about this issue. He admits he received the product so not sure exactly why the hostility. Never had a transaction like this one.
Everything just works.
Not only does the product work well as advertised but the website works well also. Product ships in a timely matter.

I got an email to review the product…
I got an email to review the product the day it was shipped; this was premature. The product was delivered 2 days later than originally promised. This was probably due to holiday mail and the USPS closing one day for a Presidential funeral. The ballcap buddy cap washers worked fine. I would suggest that the instructions not be put in the bill of the cage. I didn't see that I was supposed to open the cap from the back on the first one, so I opened the bill. That cage now opens harder than the one I opened from the back. It is a good product, but don't send out your review request until after the product has been delivered.

We are not sure who asked for it since we do not request reviews ( we feel if it is worthy of a review, we will get it) and as you said, it doesnt make sense to ask until you have received it and had the opportunity to use it. If you are having trouble with the one you opened from the front, try making sure the front snaps are really snapped shut. Sometimes if its not really snapped tight, it might do that. When I completed my purchase, a screen came up saying there was an error. It appears that the transaction was complete but I had to send an email to confirm the purchase came through.
UPDATE: product was delivered quickly. Product is perfect, and works as advertised.
