Wrong colour sent
Ordered Percussion rambouillet trousers in BROWN as advertised, took a week to arrive, and they are in Khaki colour. I already have in this colour which is why i went with this company to get in brown as only place in my size which had them. Could have got in khaki half the price i paid for brown from New Forest clothing. Also i did email this company as was concerned how long it took from dispatch that tracking didnt show as recorded at Royal Mail. But no reply. Tried to ring, but number not responding!!! Im not bothering to attempt to return after reading reviews of awful problems customers have had. At least i received my order, but feel cheated they were not in colour as advertised. Will not use this Company again.

I've ordered 2 dog coats from Balnecroft Country Clothing and am still waiting for delivery, 2 days after the RM 48 hour. I've tried contacting them twice and NO RESPONSE. Customer care is non existent. Many other customers say the same thing. Avoid is my advice.
I've decided to buy 2 further coats in a different colour as the jackets are good quality, but guess what! I WON'T be buying from this business. The worst customer service I've come across.

Ordered a pair of trousers but they didn’t fit. Followed the return policy t and it’s now been over a week, three voicemails, 2 emails asking for contact but nothing. Very disappointed
Avoid
OK experience to the point where they've taken your money. An awful experience after that. They fail on delivery promise, don't keep you updated, don't respond to mails and don't pick up the phone.
Luckily I managed to get a refund via PayPal's issue resolution process. Treat my experience as a lesson that you should avoid Balnecroft and buy from elsewhere ... somewhere that can fulfil their orders and understands basic customer service!

Low prices, but I'd say spend your money elsewhere
On 17th October, I ordered two tins of RWS Hobby air rifle pellets via ebay. I then spotted that they also stocked Pellgun Oil, so ordered this and emailed them to suggest they could save on postage if they wanted to send together. What arrived on 21st October was a jiffy bag containing one tin of pellets plus the oil. On checking the tracking, it showed that a Royal Mail track number had been raised for the second tin, on the same day but it was shown as not having been dispatched. This seemed odd, as why would they not have sent as one package? Having not received anything more, I contacted them via ebay on 29th October and received an apology and a promise to send a replacement. I then heard no more, and as the tracking still had not moved I contacted them again on 1st Nov and asked for a refund. No response so I spoke to Ebay and they have taken action which should result in either a replacement or a refund. Remains to be seen. I'll update when resolved one way or another.
As promised, here's the update: Following my contact with ebay, my account was today (4th Nov) credited with a refund for the missing item, and I received an apology from vendor by email.

Would not recommend this company. Once you order and require return or exchange they are not contactable . They state you can return instore or online or contact them. This is not the case. I've tried multiple times to exchange item no reply to calls messages or emails. There is no shop to attend like says I travelled all way from northeast to this so called shop all there was is sign on end of house with name company. Car parked outside farm house no one around even tho this so called shop open between 10-2 Friday which states on website. Left messages on phone after ringing. It rang first time straight after that all calls went straight voicemail. Emails messages all come back computer generated message. No one in person gets back to you.
This businesses is badly advertised had I realised they didn't offer good customer service or what they claimed to be I would never have purchased goods from them. So be careful make sure you don't need to return item appears you can't. Also delivery was not within the stated time frame arrived well over week late ..

We did run a competition... The winning entry got a very, very nice prize - which they were extremely happy with. Unfortunately we do not, and never will, give out prizes to people who "claim" they have won and then phone us repeatedly trying to get freebies.
