I've been using Bananatic for a while…Ordered rewards on 27/08/2026 — still nothing, no response
I've been using Bananatic for a while now and managed to collect 10,000 bananas. On 27 August 2026, I redeemed them for 4 Amazon gift cards worth €2.50 each and one €5 Amazon gift card. It's now been over a week and I still haven't received any of the codes.
What's worse is that I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone about this. Their YouTube channel appears to be blocked/unavailable in my region, their Facebook page won't load, and the Discord server invite link has expired. I've tried every contact channel I could find, and none of them work.
I understand rewards can sometimes take a little while, but a full week with zero communication and no way to reach support is not acceptable. I would like my Amazon gift cards to be delivered, or my bananas refunded so I can try a different reward.
I'll update this review if the issue gets resolved.

5‑month PayPal payout delay and still no resolution

5 months delay… And it increases automatically every month.
I contacted Bananatic support back in May. They told me there was a “system bug” and that my payout would be processed in the next billing period. That never happened — the billing period simply increased again.
In June I opened a new support ticket. The only reply I received was “We apologize for the inconvenience.”
I asked when I would actually be paid, but no answer followed. It has now been two weeks with complete silence, and my ticket is still open.
Meanwhile, the billing period changed again to 15 August, without any explanation.
I also opened a thread in the forum with the same question. There has been no reaction there either.
At this point, I genuinely wonder if anyone has ever successfully withdrawn via PayPal.

Waste of time
I tried to buy a €10 Steam gift card with the "bananas" I had earned. The first code I got was already used, and it took support months to deal with the issue.
After a few months messasing with support, I received my "bananas" back and redeemed another Steam gift card. Few weeks go by and I log in to see that my account is banned. Of course, the support team didn't know what had happened, but they eventually unblocked my account. When I logged in, I saw that my "bananas" had been refunded once again.
A month ago, i tried to redeem Steam gift card for a third time. Today, I tried to log in and my account was banned once again. This whole ordeal has taken place over half a year, and I still don't have my gift card.
