Dylan the manager on university ave…
Dylan the manager on university ave location Gainesville Florida is top tier professional his demeanor professionalism is the best I seen in over 20 yrs in customer service he has went above n beyond to help me every step of the way and very empathetic to the loss of my mother and helped make everything easier for me in opening account my deposit withdrawals and just overall the only employee who spoke to me with complete respect on phone and in person. Dylan personally handled most my bank experience inside local bank. He in that process explained everything clear and precise to me. And even tried to fix a major issue that occurred from a representative on the fraud line. I believe investing into him moving up in your company would be wise. For he can deal with people with honor respect and a professionalism that is far above excellence. I honestly am staying with bank of America only because of his amazing service and dedication to helping me handle this process that I can not say thank you enough for hiring Dylan he is such an absolute perfection in how he does his job with true character and professional demeanor I can not emphasize enough how amazing and wonderful a employee he is. Pray I never open my own bank I would try to hire him at triple what you pay him or more. Anything you invest in this man will benefit your company enormously.
Bank of america..
Bank of america... I get a deposit in my account for 39000 dollars. Payments that I had made to paypal and my credit cards before that money was deposited.. mind you, not a check, not an echeck, straight up transfer, BOA put a freeze on my account for possible fraud. You have to be kidding me... the payments that I made before and after... all being returned while they "investigate". I have had my account for 23 years, there has been nothing but problems, fees, charges, holds, bs... DO NOT BANK WITH BANK OF AMERICA
I have maintained my banking…
I have maintained my banking relationship with Bank of America since 1998. After nearly three decades of loyalty, they have completely refused to exercise reasonable customer discretion over a $16 monthly maintenance fee—even under extraordinary circumstances.During the month in question, I had completed $464.87 in qualifying debit card transactions, putting me just $35.13 short of the $500 waiver requirement. Ordinarily, this is never an issue because I have a recurring transaction of nearly $1,800 that charges at the end of every month. However, there was a legitimate merchant dispute involving that specific transaction. I had to wait until the correct amount was resolved before authorizing the payment, causing it to process on the 1st of the following month—a mere 24 hours late.Despite this clear, one-time circumstance, Bank of America rigidly assessed a $16 maintenance fee.I have spent an exhausting amount of time trying to resolve this directly. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with customer service, escalated the matter, and even filed a formal complaint with Client Services. After a "considered review," Bank of America’s executive office explicitly told me they would still refuse a $16 refund to a 28-year customer over a technical 24-hour shortfall. At this point, it is no longer about the $16. It is about a complete and utter lack of customer consideration. If Bank of America will treat a customer of nearly 30 years this poorly over a $35 technicality, they will do it to anyone. New customers should look elsewhere for a bank that actually values relationship history. I have officially escalated this matter to the CFPB, OCC, and BBB.
Worst experience
Worst experience , waited for over 3 hours to open an account with only one person before me
No responsible person to attend , when my turn finally came they tried to work, their system had some errors they tried multiple computers, none helped
So such a global bank with pathetic system
There should be a time limit for each customer, they should be able to solve in no more than 30 minutes
I would never recommend to go in person Allen street branch of Allentown
Worst bank I have ever dealt with
Worst bank I have ever dealt with. They could care less about their customers, they just want you locked into their profit scheme. I would do literally ANYTHING to get out of my loan with this bank.

Today I was transferred multiple times…
Today I was transferred multiple times from Bank Of America because no one knew how to generate a Bank Letter to submit to my investment company so I could do bank transfers when needed to move funds from on institution to another. I was on the phone for more than a hour trying to resolve a simple task as far as get a bank letter.
Bank of America is not that good
Bank of America is not that good.
I tried to get a refund of $12.00 back from a Monthly Maintenance fee and they couldn’t give me the fee back but you have these Managers out here just signing people up for these accounts with gig maintenance fees!
Bank of America has been taking peoples money for years and they don’t care! They are so used to this that it becomes natural. They don’t even try to change up!
My review is not actually for the bank…
My review is not actually for the bank but for the users expecially for a client that i worked with using this bank. Firstly i am a marketing agency partner with a company brand so the client came to me and he explained how he needs my help and we concluded on an amount which i still have to offer him discount and he agreed on the amount and he paid. After i was done with the work i submitted it still he went ahead and demanded some correction again which i did it as well and i submitted the final and wish him good luck and he was good with it but after few days i saw the charge back notification from my bank that the clients that paid this amount of money has charged back and i contacted him till date he gave me no reply which is very sad and inappropriate. I want trustpilot to review my feelings i need to know why he did that and i want my money back i can't do that to others so i don't want others to do it to me as well. I need a reply from you guys.
Update onmy latest bank of America Review
Update on the latest bank of America review
Since my original review, two deeply troubling developments have emerged concerning Bank of America.
On August 27, 2026, a federal judge approved a $72.5 million class-action settlement between Bank of America and women who accused the bank of knowingly benefiting from Jeffrey Epstein’s sex-trafficking operation and ignoring suspicious transactions connected to him. Bank of America denied wrongdoing but agreed to this substantial settlement.
Separately, Bank of America disclosed in an August 2026 SEC filing that it may face monetary penalties and additional remedial action arising from an OCC enforcement matter concerning deficiencies in its anti-money-laundering and sanctions-compliance programs.
These are not minor customer service complaints. They raise serious questions about the judgment, oversight, and accountability of one of America’s largest banks.

My warning remains unchanged: Do not choose this bank.
One of the many criminal corporations…
One of the many criminal corporations in America today. They hire based primarily on race, anybody but a white person and they hand over information to our government illegally. I've used them for 20 years as Wells Fargo and the rest are just as criminal.

bank of America did not sent the credit card bill to My wife email or to My home and just keep charge the lat fees
I am extremely disappointed with my…
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Bank of America. I disputed a charge related to a housing situation where I never moved into the property, never received keys, and never took possession of the home, yet my dispute was still denied after Bank of America said they investigated it.What makes this even more frustrating is that I still do not feel like I received a clear explanation of what was actually investigated, what documentation was reviewed, or what evidence was used to make the decision. I provided information explaining the situation and expected the bank to take the matter seriously, especially because this involved a significant amount of money and what I believe may have been a scam.As a customer, I expected Bank of America to protect my account, thoroughly review the transaction, and communicate clearly with me throughout the dispute process. Instead, I felt dismissed and left without real answers. Simply saying that an investigation was completed is not enough when the customer is asking how the decision was reached and why the evidence they provided was not enough. This experience has completely changed the way I feel about Bank of America. I do not feel confident keeping my money with a bank that handled such an important dispute this way. I have since decided to move my banking elsewhere because I want to feel like my financial institution will actually listen, investigate carefully, and stand behind its customers when something serious happens.I would not recommend Bank of America based on the way this dispute was handled. I hope they improve their dispute process, communication, and customer service because no customer should feel like they are fighting both the person who took their money and the bank that is supposed to help protect it.
Dont try to run your company with BOA.
Have a company, able to deposit up to 75000 a month. They'll put a 10 day hold on a less thank 3k check and tell you that its for a variety of reasons. Its a recurring check from a contractor of spectrum as im a subcontractor. As a buisness owner its hard to operate when they make your funds available so far out. Will be switching banks as soon as possible.
Automated decision terminated my checking account with no recourse
Bank of America completely disregards their customers' welfare. I sold an investment I'd held since 2022 in increments and transferred the proceeds to Bank of America over two weeks to pay down debts. My last two payments were already processing (deducted from the accounts, in transit) when the bank closed my checking account with zero notice. Those payments bounced back due to "no account balance," despite the account holding thousands at the time of closure. I'm now absorbing return fees, migrating my entire banking relationship, and waiting indefinitely for my own money back. Customer service says my account was closed because their system suspected it of fraud and they have been unable to resolve any of this. I am filing a complaint with the CFPB. Will be closing all Bank of America credit cards as well.
Closed my account after 10 years used
Closed my account after 10 years used. Very bad experience. No reason to closed my account!!!!!
Bank of America’s Customer Service
Bank of America’s Customer Service, Automated Verification & Erica AI Are an Absolute Nightmare
This has been the absolute worst banking experience of my life, and I have been dealing with these problems for nearly two years.
The biggest problem is Bank of America’s customer service system—specifically its call centers, automated identity verification, fraud/security systems, and Erica AI assistant.
I live and travel internationally. Bank of America’s automated systems repeatedly block my cards, yet when I need a replacement card, I have been unable to get one sent to me overseas. Then, when I call customer service internationally using my Google Voice number, their automated authentication system will not verify me.
That creates an unbelievable situation: Bank of America blocks my card, I cannot get a replacement card overseas, the automated phone system cannot authenticate me, and the call-center representatives are unable to provide a workable solution.
Then there is Erica, Bank of America’s AI assistant. When you have a serious issue that does not fit into the automated options, Erica becomes another roadblock instead of a solution. An AI assistant is useless when the problem requires an actual person with the authority to fix the account.
Security is supposed to stop unauthorized people from accessing your money. It should not repeatedly stop the actual account holder from accessing their own money with no reliable alternative method of verification.
Bank of America needs a legitimate verification procedure for Americans living or traveling overseas, better-trained and better-equipped call-center representatives, a way to bypass automated systems when they fail, and actual human support when Erica cannot solve the problem.
After nearly two years of dealing with this, I cannot recommend Bank of America to anyone who travels internationally or lives overseas.
If you want to risk being stranded in another country without reliable access to your own money, use Bank of America.
Bad costumer service for old Client.
-1 STAR
I have been a loyal Bank of America customer for 19 years. I currently maintain two direct deposits and three credit cards with the bank. Despite this long relationship, Bank of America reduced my $5,000 credit limit and offered me a replacement card with only a $3,500 limit.
This $1,500 reduction was disappointing and may negatively affect my credit utilization ratio and credit score, even though I have maintained a long-standing banking relationship. Customers who demonstrate loyalty and use several Bank of America products should be treated with greater consideration.
I would like Bank of America to reconsider this decision and restore my original $5,000 credit limit. After 19 years as a customer, I expected better recognition of my loyalty and banking history
Extremely Disappointed with Bank of…
Extremely Disappointed with Bank of America’s HELOC Process!!
I have been a Bank of America customer for over 30 years, and BofA is my primary bank, so I expected a much simpler and more customer-friendly experience when I applied to renew my HELOC. Unfortunately, I could not have been more disappointed.
The HELOC process was unnecessarily complicated, extremely labor-intensive, and filled with excessive paperwork and documentation. What should have been a straightforward process for a long-standing customer turned into a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal.
My financial profile makes this experience even more difficult to understand. I have an 850 credit score, my home is worth approximately $1.3 million, with minimal debt. I am also an existing Bank of America customer of more than three decades.
Despite all of that, Bank of America treated this as though I were a brand-new, high-risk borrower rather than a long-standing customer with an exceptional credit history and substantial equity in my home.
What is especially frustrating is that there apparently is no simple renewal process for an existing HELOC. Instead, I was required to go through what amounts to a comprehensive new application. In my opinion, that is unnecessarily burdensome and demonstrates a lack of consideration for long-term customers.
After more than 30 years of loyalty, I expected Bank of America to recognize the relationship and make this process efficient, reasonable, and customer-friendly. Instead, they made it unnecessarily difficult.
I canceled my application and I am taking my HELOC business—and potentially more of my banking business—to another financial institution that values its long-term customers and offers a simpler, more reasonable process.
Very disappointing, Bank of America. After 30+ years of being a loyal customer, I expected much better.
This bank is the worst bank EVER
This bank is the worst bank EVER. Yes, I had to open a new account with my Social Security backpay check which was a large amount, however I gave all legal documentation that all aligned with address, social security number, and all the rest. I was told they would have a portion of the funds available in 24 hours from deposit and the rest on the 9th of September. LIES! They withheld the entire amount. They do not care about my health, well being, my pets having food, myself having food, and my bills are going unpaid because of this. Had they informed me fully, I would have decided differently. Instead, they misled me and put me into a worse situation. BAD ETHICS DON"T BANK HERE!!!!!
