Banning Dental Group & Skin Clinique 

This seems to be a scam they state a price for full implants and then its a different price when you attend
I went with my mother a few weeks ago 1st Aug 26 and on speaking to Bannings at Canning Town on the phone prior we explained what we wanted and a price for implants or implant retained dentures upper and lower jaw when we went up on Sat 1st Aug were seen by a nice dentist but he could only talk about fixed Implants and not the implant retained dentures so we were told we had to book another appointment for the 19th Aug 2026 to which we did do and we come back today 19th Aug 26 and had an appointment for 12 o clock and at 12.10 we still were not seen I spoke to the receptionist and she went into the dentist and she came out and said another 5 mins so we were still sitting there at 12.30 I got the impression from them that this young dentist wasn't bothered not once whilst we we're sitting there did anyone come and apologise and say were running over and we will be with you shortly it would have been manners and common courtesy for someone at Bannings to do this.
We understand it sometimes does happen where appointments do run over but we were ignored and just left sitting there and not told nothing. Then when we did get seen the dentist mentioned on more than one occasion that we can go some where else basically if were not satisfied so that just confirmed it for me that they were not bothered and didn't want to do the job in the first place I feel very disappointed but obviously its fine because Bannings loss is someone else's gain a total disgrace altogether .

Again banning is able to remove reviews off trust pilot telling them it is fake I had been going to banning over a year they dr stepheney Lennerd they could not do anymore I complained and then they gave me refinement trays 8 of and never worked they never contacted me again I basically stole 3 k off me and my time going there just to wash there hands with it . Be carful they say they can straighten your theeth when they cannot

This is the review of their dental practice in Kingston upon Thames, whatever you were trying to do this morning I do not consent! You used appalling tricks to get more money out of me instead of trying to provide a proper dental service.

İ had the best experience in Banning Dental Tower Hill with DR Larry Abdulla. They re very friendly and helpful to clients, and their professional staff make the experience much better.

Have been a patient at their Canning Town practice for almost 2 years. From the members of the Reception team to the Dentists themselves I have only experienced high professionalism combined with personable warmth and attentive interaction. Worth a special mention: high responsiveness - every time I have emailed with a question or request, I have invariably received a response within only a few hours, sometimes even minutes! This is so rare that it is worth mentioning.

I recently had 3 tooth extractions at Banning Dental Group. To be fair, the procedure itself went really well. The dentist was skilled, professional, and made the extractions as smooth and painless as possible. I cannot fault the clinical care.

However, my overall experience was ruined by the reception/admin team.

I asked for a simple written breakdown of my bill. I clearly explained that I have dyslexia and struggle with maths, so I needed patience and clear communication. Instead of helping me, the receptionist:

· Made me feel small and foolish for asking questions
· Told me other patients "pay higher amounts" and that I should "just pay"
· Completely ignored my disability and refused to give me a proper breakdown

I felt belittled and anxious about returning, but I had already paid upfront and would have lost my money if I cancelled.

I raised this with their finance team (Rebecca), who said she would investigate and speak to her manager. However, I have since been told Rebecca has left the practice – meaning my complaint was never followed up or resolved. No one else contacted me. The issue was simply dropped.

It is deeply disappointing that such good clinical work is let down by dismissive, unprofessional front-desk staff – and even more disappointing that the practice failed to properly handle my complaint once it was raised.

Would I recommend them? For the dentistry, yes – but be warned: if you have any questions about payments, need reasonable adjustments, or have a complaint, don't expect to be treated with respect or followed up with.

I just a hygienist appointment with Ruslan who was so thorough and amazing! He guided me through what to expect each time checking in on me and I couldn’t recommend him more.

Meenal is the best dentist. She always makes me feel comfortable. I have a fear of dentists but Meenal is friendly, kind and understanding and I would highly recommend her.
The dental practice is modern and clean and the ladies on reception are welcoming and so friendly!

Banning Dental Group in Greenwich is by far the cleanest, most modern, spacious and luxurious dental clinic I have ever visited. The high ceilings, panoramic views of the Thames, spacious design and sparkling clean environment are all exceptional and of the highest standard. I popped in to ask a few questions and get some information regarding composite bonding and was assisted by Melissa and Ana who were welcoming, supportive and professional. The location right next to the Thames and O2 area is also fantastic. I look forward to returning to this dental clinic in the future to commence my treatment plan and highly recommend it to everyone.

I arrived early for my appointment and was told they were running significantly late. It then became apparent that my appointment had not been booked correctly. When I tried to explain what I had originally booked, the receptionist repeatedly spoke over me, continually repeating the same sentence in a rude and demeaning manner rather than listening to what I was saying.
As a first-time customer with Banning, this created a very poor impression. From start to finish, the entire experience was disappointing and unprofessional.
After going through this on my very first appointment, I am not prepared to trust them with providing any further treatment or service, particularly something as important as an implant procedure. If a company cannot manage the initial booking process correctly and treat customers with basic courtesy and respect, it does not inspire confidence in the care they provide.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Poor poor experience. I turned up 20 minutes early, and was told my appointment had been cancelled. She did then manage to rebook for the same day, but I was told they were running very late. While experience was an Absolute shambles. Asked for a refund of my deposit (we shall see if that arrives). If they cannot get the initial booking correct I'm certainly not prepared to Trust them with providing me an implant. Based on this I would not recommend this company.

I am getting implants at banning dental group at Chiswick and I had my first treatment which is extraction of 4 teeth at front bottom and trust me for the first time in my life I couldn’t feel anything. And I had the implants on the same day. It was like a sensory experience for me and no after pains either. I cant wait for 3 months time to get the crowns.
Thanks to Dr Rami and team. A shout out to the TC Benafsha, Sonia, and the team who made me feel at home. Lastly, the coffee was always so lovely. Definitely reccomend.

I wrote a positive review in February 2026 after having registered with the practice and being seen by Dr Sal Aloush and dental nurse. The treatment programme went ahead as planed ; communication was timely and helpful throughout , receptionists were friendly , the general atmosphere calm and I felt confident with Dr Aloush's knowlege and practice. The programme has now been completed ,one issue arose which was managed professionally and timely. I'm pleased with the results and from my own experience would recommend the practice and Dr Aloush as dentist.
