Very bad, goods do not arrive as mentioned on their website. Order more as week ago 35 lights with express service. But they still not arrived.
We paid extra for UPS shipping, we request for the tracking code but they cant offer, so they didn't send with UPS express

I've ordered a lamp at Barcelona LED. It was shipped quickly and it was well packaged, because it was in a big box with styrofoam. Very good!

However, when I opened the box, I noticed that there were scratches on the base and glue on the lampshade. It also wasn't glued perfectly. Well, it couldn't come from the transport, because it was packaged very well. So I've contacted Barcelona LED.

Barcelona LED responded very quickly, within minutes! They apalogized and came immediately with two solutions: 1) they would send me a new one, or 2) I will get a full refund. I also didn't have to return the damaged lamp.

I've chosen for a full refund and within minutes Barcelona LED already responded, saying that they've done that and I will see it in a few working days on my bank.

I'm very happy with the quick responding from Barcelona LED en the solutions they've come up with! Great customer service! :)
