Hi I wrote here at 29 October 2024, but unfortunately nobody hasn't called me. Then Hi spoke to your customer service at 20 February 2025 regarding my enquiry from your website on October. I mentioned that on the phone I haven’t heard back from you after my enquiry. She said to me someone will call me, but still same and nobody called me. again I sent another email 21 February and still nobody hasnt came back to me.
