Pre-ordered the standard edition of Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight and was contacted on the day of release to say there'll be a delay due to delivery issues. The e-mail was followed up with saying they received the wrong stock, and they would send out the deluxe edition for no extra cost and free next-day delivery.
While I got the game a day late, I paid the lowest price online and got the deluxe edition the next day. Definitely happy overall

Having never used this website before I was a bit weary about the service provided. Ordering my item was simply and straightforward. My query email was responded to promptly and all questions were answered politely and with a professional courtesy that inspired confidence in the company. Always an excellent experience. Very friendly and go the extra mile to try to help .Very competitive prices but for me the personal touch makes them stand out from big businesses like Amazon. I buy a lot of games from them and unlike some of their competitors don't charge you for pre orders until they are ready to be dispatched. They deserve your time and your support and I can't recommend them enough

Good company/prices but slow delivery
Good company with good prices as long as you can wait for your item. They really need to improve delivery times. I’ve tried to support them for a while now by preordering from them but I consistently never get the game on release day. Usually not even the day after. It’s always a couple of days after release day. Takes of Berseria released yesterday (a Friday), Royal Mail will deliver on Monday/Tuesday. Not good enough if I’m honest. Even things in stock seem to take 2-3 days longer than everywhere else. A good company that I will continue to use but having second thoughts about pre ordering with going forward.

Incredible service
They are incredible. Usually I am not writing any reviews. They don't even force you to do it, but I am more than happy to buy on their website. Ordered Saturday night time. Delivered today (Monday) before at midday. The prices are lower even more than Amazon or other websites.

Excellent Customer Service
Had an issue with Royal Mail delaying my game (not Hit's fault) Kevin sorted it all out and sent out a replacement game so had it in good time for Christmas. That is the kind of service you like and hope for with other companies taking ages to reply to you never mind sorting out the issue so quickly. Thanks again!

Customer support are a credit to HIt
I placed an order with Hit late last month and unfortunately due to postal issues the item seemed to disappear in the postal system. I informed Hit and the customer support was very good, Kevin was very helpful and kindly arranged for the ordered item to be sent with a more guaranteed postal delivery service. I do appreciate such support as the item is a xmas gift so it did get to me in excellent condition in the end.

Yakuza order cancelled
Like many others I had placed an order for the Yakuza 20th anniversary ps5 edition when annoucedexpecting it'll be fine as many people have said the site is reliable for pre-orders. Turns out it got cancelled because they most likely took too many orders and waited until 5 days before it get's released to say. Now I have to try and find another site that'll sell it for it to not ruin a family member's Christmas . DO NOT PRE ORDER!!!!
Cancelled Game days before release
They cancelled my copy of Yakuza 20th Anniversry edition a matter of days before release. How do they not know how much stock they'll get? Absolute scam artists.
Yakuza anniversary collection preorder
I ordered the yakuza anniversary collection for ps5 back in early October for release next week and recieved an email today cancelling the order just six days before release when no alternative is available. Can't recommend this company at all for preorders, terrible customer service. Now unable to get this collection elsewhere.
Cancelled pre-order due to not enough stock
Placed a pre-order for Yakuza 20th anniversary edition a few months ago right after the game got announced. Today received an email saying the order has been cancelled as they don't have enough stock less than a week before release.
Really frustrated as the PS5 version is out of stock everywhere now, so can't even order is elsewhere
Edit: Decided to update from 1 to 3 stars after a response from Hit.
They said that they only sold the number of stock they had confirmed with the supplier back in October, and that on 2/12 they were informed by the supplier they would not be getting the full order fulfilled which is why they had to cancel pre-orders.
Hit did offer to reach out if they did manage to get any more stock, which I did appreciate. It was nice of them to offer, though I did manage to find an open pre-order from another site after this one got cancelled.
Most likely won't be pre-ordering another limited release like this from here again.
