Bathline Enniskillen is a great company and so helpful. My main dealings were with Shirelle who was brilliant and couldn't have been more helpful. Everyone involved so friendly right to the end with a super delivery driver too. Recommend wholeheartedly!

Ryan from Enniskillen Bathline showroom, was truely amazing full 5 stars required for this gentleman . We couldn't have asked for any better customer service. He was open, honest and full of knowledge and was able to answer any questions we had . This was our first time looking for a bathroom as we are currently completing our newbuild. Ryan was able to discuss in length what was required and help us decided what to bathroom items we needed for our forever home, this really helped us as neither of us had experience in this field.
Items arrived the other day ( a nice delivery man also). I had a few items needed to be checked but were sorted out straight away no problem at all.

so i ordered tiles ,shower tray,shower and shower glass, salesman told we should get it in 10 working days , we was waiting about 3 months , there was 4or 5 deliveries and every time something was missing , when i went to talk to salesman he would blame management and delivery,in the end we got most of things but were missing 16 tiles , but salesman told that it should be enough.and it wasnt , so i went to salesman once again and asked to give me 16 tiles(in box is 9tiles) which wasnt delivered, and i would buy another 2 boxes ( i needed in total 4 boxes)but he offered me 3 £ discount on every box insted.i was confused but ok i went for it , next delivery i got 3 boxes insted of 4 , and sales man told me it will be enough for you , becouse boxes are bigger ( but actually it was same boxes) .latter after some chats he agreed to sent me one "free" box for me but now im trying to contact him and no answer. so never ever again BATHLINE , specialy in Enniskillen.

I would echo the precious couple of reviews for Bathline - I got great customer service and the bathroom equipment ended up exceeding my expectations. Angela was a pleasure to deal with and quickly understood the issues I had in my bathroom and provided me with options to solve the problems. I am delighted with the bathroom equipment, tiles and floor tiles and the colours Angela suggested for paint. The showroom in Ladas Drive provides lots of ideas ! I would also thank the warehouse staff out in Lisburn who moved heaven and earth to sort my order out to get the job finished. Well done to all and Bathline are to be highly recommended :-)

I would recommend Angie in Ladas Drive to anyone considering renovations to their bathroom or even considering remodelling to make additional washing facilities. Angie is so helpful, knowledgeable and she has the ability to understand the customers vision and help make it a reality ... the experience of using Bathline from start to finish is seamless , from showroom content to staff to delivery and aftercare !!

I was given great advice by Robert McIver via email and the bath I ordered was delivered by a nice young gentleman who carried it into the house on the date I ordered it for. great service
