Take my business Elsewhere
I asked for a quote for 17 undercount basins and 8 semi recessed basins 6 days ago. Kept chasing them for it. When always calling, they rush you over the phone and you cannot explain yourself, and speaks in a way to make you feel you're bothering them. Result: quote came in with wrong product. I called and an arrogant Jay was telling me how I was wrong and that the product is the same. My product was a curved undermount basin 460mm x 330 x 180mm and product code SB826. His product was Code UB826 465mm x 345x 210mm. and squared. he wanted to hang up saying he had a customer waiting. I refused as I've been waiting 6 days already and I was buying a fair good amount of products. He told me, "if you're not happy with our service, you can take your business elsewhere." And hung up.
Thank you JAY. We, as a construction company, are going to spend our $$$$ somewhere else. Thank you.
