12 bomb bombs
Ordered 12 bathbombs on 28th November & chased 5 times before they arrived on Xmas Eve. Nothing like the photos, just cheap bathbombs put in a brown box. Will never buy from this company again.

Shocking experience. Do not purchase from them!
I was left hanging after about 6 weeks when they suddenly decided to cancel my order with no reason given. Before I was kept waiting with very unprofessional email answers upon my regular requests about where my product remains (it was meant to arrive within 3 to 7 days!). Very rude and upsetting.

This company took money off us for an…
This company took money off us for an out of stock (listed as 'in stock') and discontinued item via their website. They did not contact us to say in was out of stock - I had to chase them. Despite not having the item, they steadfastly refused to refund our money - they were completely unhelpful and incompetent. In the end we had to get the money back via our bank as a fraudulent transaction: we were sick of constantly trying to contact them. Had the cheek to suggest we were harassing them! Avoid, avoid, avoid.
