The longest delivery time ever!

I so wished I read the reviews on this company before buying. I ordered my battery on 4th November. It is now 7th December and I am still waiting! I too have had those badly written emails that others have had. I am so mad about the whole situation and incredibly frustrated and wish there was something I could do to stop this company trading with all their lies and rubbish promises. I was about to escalate a claim with paypal but the battery is finally in transit. Be warned folks, this is NOT a good place to spend your money.

Despite the lies on there website, i have my battery and it works perfect!

When I ordered my battery I was unaware the company shipped from Singapore and i thought i would never get my battery. but 3 weeks later I now have it and it looks, fits and works perfect! I did get caught out with a e22.78 import duty but after a short email from me they have kindly offered to pay it back to me. The battery is for my Lenovo z580
laptop and i couldn't find it anywhere else.
I would recommend them if you can't find a more local supplier...

Their batteries are scum

I bought a battery for my g73jh. I ordered a 6600mAh but battery mag emploee replied "they out of stock, and they can send me 5200mAh with a nice gift." Suprise, suprise. Package arraived from mainland China, although on web site is written they ship from London. Well no gift in the package, only the battery, which is fact lees than half the capacity than what is written on it,arcoding to BatteryMon app. I mailed them I want a refund, they replied to check the battery charge discharge 3 times and finally said they want take a return/refund.Battery died after 6 mths. Stay away form it, they sell scum batteries.

They are FRAUDSTERS!!!

I also failed to spot that they were criminal fraudsters. They are not even good at hiding their fraud which makes me feel even more stupid...

In the "about us" section of their website they copied a section from a financial securities trading website: "2.Fixed Spreads in All Markets, All the Time
3.Unparalleled 24-hour Trader Support
the services offered by Batterymag.co.uk include a dedicated, 24-hour shopping Support Center, where you can receive technical help and market advice throughout the trading week (Mon-Fri). You will always be able to reach an experienced support person with a background in trading."

Trading lies is more like it!

Batterymag is a scam. Stay away!

I got lazy and didn't read reviews for this website... Now I'm extremely concerned how I'm going to get my money back.

Pls note!

- They don't ship from London. It's clearly a blatant lie. I suspect the fraudsters are based in China or Southeast Asia.

- There is no Shopping Cart, something I ignored because I was in a rush.

- As an order confirmation you will get this email. Judge for yourself..

More Deceit From This Company

Please be aware that Jocy (Dell) as she calls herself is an employee of this company so don't be fooled by her review. You might also see other employees from this company stating how good their crap is.

Also, although their website says delivery from London it will, in fact, be delivered directly from China.

Additionally, don't be misled by the photos of branded goods on their website, it's all counterfeit.

Finally, when I asked the company who is this mysterious 'Sharon Brown' (this review will be sent to a 'sharonbrown@batt...' email address, they stated they didn't know who she was.

It's just lies and deceit.

Just a quick update on this. I put a claim in with Paypal as the battery was fake but I lost the appeal. Batterymag refused to let me return the fake battery to their London warehouse (because it doesn't exist) and they insisted I sent it to China.

Finally, there used to be a Flickr account with loads of photos of their fakes batteries by one of their employees called "Jessie Fister" (seriously?) that has since been closed down. The 'review' by Jocy Dell (another employee) that was on this webpage has also disappeared. It's almost as if they are covering their tracks.

They are just bunch of lying, cheating barstewards.
