I absolutely love this company. I will only purchase weighted blankets from them. I went from a always cold to now always hot sleeper. This is the only weighted blanket that I've used that is true to the hot sleepers. And if I do get a chill I just throw a light one over me and I'm good to go! And any help or questions I've had they have been easy to use/contact.

Ordered a blanket and eye mask. Only the blanket came in when the email and tracking said both should be there. I contacted and the next day it showed up before the could answer. Very fast and comfortable experience.

This is the first weighted blanket that didn't make me too hot! I am very hot-natured and can usually only use a sheet (if that) in the summertime. Not with this. The open weave allowed the breeze from my fan to reach me and kept me cool all night.

My wife says blanket is too heavy for her. I would like to return for a refund. Thanks

Bearaby staff are helpful and professional. As a result of their assistance, and research, I ended up buying a set of their king sized sheets. I couldn't be happier. The sheets are light as a feather, feel silky soft and take up a lot less space in the washing machine than do standard king cotton percale sheets.

I also just purchased a second one of their weighted blankets. I truly sleep so much better with Bearaby! This is a very reliable company.

My spouse and I just love this blanket so much! We didn’t need to gradually work up to a full night’s sleep, we dove right in and have loved our restful sleep ever since day one. On the aesthetic side, the blanket is gorgeous and just happens to work perfectly with our bedroom color scheme. It’s also extremely soft and the weave is amazing. Sleep-wise, we are thrilled with our investment and can’t imagine resting without it. Thank you for such a thoughtfully made product. The organic cotton construction is worth every penny. Everything about my purchase and overall experience was wonderful! I had a Napper on my wishlist for over a year and finally pulled the trigger. Once I was exploring the website, I just had to add a Hugget as well. They arrived quickly and I appreciated the shipping/tracking updates. I had second thoughts about the color of Napper I choose and on a Friday evening, their customer service team responded with a free shipping label for me to exchange it for a different color. After much debate in the house over the weekend, we decided to keep the original Napper color. I felt awful emailing back to let them know we decided to keep the original item. They were so kind, gracious, understanding and made the process easy, despite my difficulties as a customer. The quality is unmatched and both the blanket and hugget are like a piece of art in the living room ... everyone wants to touch them and ask about them. I can't recommend Bearaby enough! Stop thinking about it and make the purchase already, you'll be happy you did:)

When I first received this blanket, I was immediately struck by its visual appeal – it truly is a beautiful piece. However, I have to be honest about the initial experience: there was a distinctly earthy, almost farm animal-like odor that was quite noticeable right out of the packaging. This smell lingered for several days, nearly a week actually, and required some serious airing out before it became pleasant to use.

What made this particularly concerning was that the odor seemed to trigger an allergic reaction for me during that initial period. I found myself not reacting well to whatever was causing the smell, which honestly had me questioning whether I'd be able to keep the blanket at all. The combination of the persistent odor and my body's negative response made those first few days quite uncomfortable and left me uncertain about my purchase decision.

While this didn't affect the blanket's quality or comfort once the smell dissipated and my reactions subsided, it's definitely something potential buyers should be prepared for, especially if they have sensitivities to strong odors or unknown materials.

Once I got past my initial sensitivities, this blanket became my go to comfort item. Its softness against my skin was incredible, so much so that I found myself dozing off in the living room several times even though I hadn't yet slept with it all night. The relaxation it provided was immediate and profound.

Despite the challenging start, I'm so glad I stuck with this blanket. Yes, you'll need patience for that initial farm-like smell to fade (about a week in my case), and sensitive individuals should be prepared for potential reactions during that period. But once you get past those first few days, you'll discover what I did – an absolutely gorgeous, luxurious blanket that's worth every penny of the $200 investment. The transformation from 'what did I buy?' to 'I never want to be without this' has been remarkable. If you can weather the initial adjustment period, you'll end up with a blanket that's pure comfort and quality.

A couple important things to note: I purchased the white cloud blanket which is 100% cotton at 10 pounds. Be aware that anything above 10 pounds includes spandex, so it won't be pure cotton anymore. Also, there are restocking fees for returns that increase based on the blanket's weight, so factor that into your decision.

Highly recommend for anyone willing to be patient with the break-in process!
*** Sadly, I posted the above review on the Bearaby site and they did not post it which is extremely unfortunate as it includes helpful feedback and leaves me to question if they are only interested in 100% positive reviews which dismisses customers with genuine experiences that don't fit a perfection bubble, cherry picking only the glowing reviews. Genuine customer experiences shouldn't be silenced just because they mention real issues alongside the positives. Other shoppers deserve to know the full picture, not just the sanitized version that can help other customers make informed decisions.. Sadly, this leads me to question their integrity relative to future purchases.

I'm obsessed with my weighted blanket but even more surprising, I'm obsessed with their bamboo sheets. I'm the #1 unbeliever of most bedding claims, but I never expected to find a company that actually makes something that lives up to them. These sheets are so so soft, and for the first time in my life, I'm sleeping easier because I'm not constantly oscillating between hot and cold. They actually help keep cool and temperate. Big fan. Would recommend. Believe the hype.

I had a complicated exchange for my blanket and Bearaby customer service went above and beyond to make this process smooth! In short, my blanket was too light and I wanted to upgrade to a heavier one. I had messed up my return form and had to make several changes.

Lily was patient and understanding—she helped make the changes I needed and proactively made sure the return fee didn’t apply since it was really an exchange.

These blankets do come at a premium price but I feel comforted that I was able to get the perfect one for me. With the quality of most customer service nowadays, I’m frankly surprised and thankful for how smooth this process was!

I am very disappointed with my 20lb cotton napper (driftwood color). It came smelling mildly of chemicals, so I tried to wash it- big mistake. The scent got much worse, it smelled strongly of mold, must and chemicals as soon as it got wet, to the point that my entire house stunk. The water was a murky brown-yellow color after washing, even though it was new. Now that it's dry, parts of the blanket smell like body odor or sweat. I will never be purchasing from this company again, there is clearly something wrong with the materials used and I'm not the first person to have this issue.

The blanket appears very well made, but even the 10-pound napper is too heavy for my 145-pound frame.

I got 2 Bearaby weighted blankets. I love how much the blankets can breath so it isn't so hot while sleeping. I never tried a weighted blanket before these ones but I have loved using these weighted blankets for the past few years.

Love the neck wrap. It rests comfortably on neck and stays put when moving around. 1 minute in microwave and it’s heated!
I have previously purchased 2 weighted blankets and they are worth every penny. I’ve had good experiences with customer service email as well.

Nice product, feels good when sleeping. The blanket is not very warm so on cold nights you would need something more. The blanket is soft, but slippery and heavy. If any part of it is off the bed it tends to creep to the floor from its weight. Having difficulty keeping it on me.

Their products are absolutely gorgeous, and the quality is superb, something that unfortunately feels rare nowadays.
Their customer service was also outstanding and incredibly caring. I had to cancel my first order for reasons I explained to them, and not only were they extremely understanding, but the compassion they showed genuinely surprised me.
I’m not used to this level of care from retailers.
They offer so many wonderful options. For example, if you live in a hot climate, you can choose the one I did, while they also have cotton options better suited for colder climates.
The colours are warm and beautiful, and even the packaging felt thoughtfully done, arriving in a lovely sack that reminded me a little of a sailor’s bag.

I first heard about Bearaby on a news show and was curious. I hesitated because it seemed a bit pricey. I read so many positive reviews, I had to try a weighted blanket. I have been very pleased with my purchases. I have now made 8 purchases in 2 years and referred Bearaby to numerous people. A few months ago, I decided to buy a Cuddler. I had a body pillow from somewhere else but it took up so much space on the bed, it was not practical. Charlotte, one of the "Bearabuddies," was very kind in helping me place an order for just what I was looking for. She really went above and beyond. The Cuddler was perfect! Shortly thereafter, I broke my arm up by shoulder. For anyone that has this kind of injury or something similar, trying to get comfortable to sleep seemed impossible. Fortunately, I had the Cuddler and was able to put it in a U-shape or J-shape to help take pressure off my arm & joint. It has been a lifesaver. If I am having back or knee pain, I can adjust it as necessary. It has been worth every penny.
