Excellent music service

I’ve purchased a few tracks on Beatport over the last few months but never really delved into all the other tracks on the site.
This changed yesterday and I have spent most of the last 24 hours on Beatport listening to hundreds of new music I never knew existed.
I took out a plan for £10.99 a month using a code for a month free and then 25% off next 2 months.
I realised I needed the £15 a month subscription to get the full benefit and to be able to use it on DJPro to its full potential.
I switched plans (with a little help from Cory in customer services) and now have access to more new music than I know what to do with.
Can’t recommend this enough.
Well worth the money.

I had an excellent experience with Beatport Support.

I contacted them because I believed I had lost access to my original account and purchase history from many years ago. At first, it seemed impossible to recover, as I only had fragments of old account information, usernames, email addresses, and addresses.
Santi from the support team was patient, professional, and persistent throughout the process. Thanks to his help, I was able to recover my original account, update my account details, and regain access to a collection of music that means a lot to me.
As someone who has been buying music from Beatport for many years, recovering this account felt like getting a part of my musical history back.
Thank you to Santi and the Beatport support team for the outstanding assistance.

Absolutely BS website - Slow and rigged charts

Absolutely BS website, slow, lacking and it feels like as if the positions in the charts a bought. So much crap music I have never listened in my life. This site is horrible slow, the charts are rigged and the user experience is just terrible! There are better sites such as Soundeo.com,

Beatport is the superior leader in music shopping.

Beatport is the best place to purchase tracks from different genres of electronic music. Also it has the open format section for other musics. That merging improves performance and productivity of everyone, so Dj’s can do more.
I really find that shop useful for every mission, and it’s a very beautiful place to find good musics.
More of that, beatport site and app, have more functions as track recognition.

Great service.

Great service.. I`ve had a few problems with computers over the years and Beatport customer service have been great with helping me recover the music I`ve lost along the way.. I can't thank the team enough, makes me want to use more of the services available thank you Beatport you saved a deejays day.

Payment problem

I have been using Beatport for sometime and had come across a problem with my payment. Contacted customer support and they sorted it out there and then. Great service. I Recommend this platform to everyone.

A great platform with great customer service.

A great platform with a great customer service experience on the back end. I had a request that the customer service rep went over and beyond to accommodate for me. I forgot to add a promo code for a 80 track purchase and they were kind enough to retroactively help me with the promo savings. Beatport has been a staple in my music collection for nearly a decade and will continue to be for years to come.

log out and genre are uncorrect

Every 40 minutes I get logged out. I have to log back in and lose my place while searching for music. That is frustrating, especially when I am paying 29,99 for this platform.

The search and genre system need work. Many tracks are placed in the wrong genre, about 8 out of 10 times. It makes finding music harder than it should be. There should be a simple report button so users can flag mistakes.

AI songs are also being pushed everywhere. That lowers the overall quality of the catalog.

I switched from ZIPDJ to this platform and regret that decision right now. The experience does not match what I expect from a professional DJ pool.

Another issue is audio quality. Around 7 out of 10 tracks sound poor. That should not happen on a paid service like this.

Please fix these problems. The platform has potential, but right now it does not deliver what the reviews suggest.

I had a great experience with Beatport support. I reached out regarding a chart issue and received a quick and helpful response. The team was proactive and even handled the update on their end, which made the whole process very smooth.

I recently had an issue with my account…

I recently had an issue with my account during the transition from Beatport, and I have to say, the customer service was outstanding.

Pauly was the one who helped me, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He responded quickly, clearly explained the situation, and even provided a complimentary extension on my subscription, which really helped since I had an upcoming event.

It’s rare to find support like this. As a DJ, having reliable access to my music is critical, and thanks to Pauly, I wasn’t left stuck.

Highly recommend, not just for the platform, but for the level of customer care they provide.
