I had an excellent experience with Beautoday!

The shoes are absolutely beautiful and made from very soft, high-quality leather. They are comfortable, well-crafted, and look even better in person.

What impressed me the most was their outstanding customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and they resolved my problem immediately by sending me a new pair in the correct size. They even let me keep the original pair, which was incredibly generous and unexpected.

It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about its customers. I highly recommend Beautoday for both the quality of their products and their exceptional customer service. I will definitely purchase from them again!

The shoes quality is amazing. It looks very nice and fit me perfectly and comfortably. And the after sale service is super good. Exchange the shoes that I ordered wrong size in a week . I am surprised of the speed and good service they provided. 👍👍👍

Every pair of shoes I buy I love !! They fit perfectly and are extremely comfortable!! They are very well made ! And worth the price . I get no blisters and can wear them all day . I definitely recommend!

Despite the information on the website, returns are not always possible. After contacting customer service about a problem with the shoes, I was informed that my region was not yet supported, despite the presence of an "overseas warehouse," which was not mentioned at the time of purchase. When I requested a resolution to this issue, I was told to accept a small, partial refund or return the product in person (which would be half the purchase price). Generally speaking, I don't recommend buying anything unless you're absolutely sure the product will fit you.

The quality of the shoes was decent for this price, it was made out of real leather. The delivery didn't took very long either but the return is very problematic and returns aren't free either.

Customer service did respond to my return request emails but tried multiple times really hard and desperate in convincing me to keep the shoes. They gave multiple excuses such as "there isn't a local warehouse in Europe", "we will give you a discount for your next purchase" and etc. They finally gave me the return address after multiple replies and I did returned the shoes but the seller refuses to handle customs clearance according to China Post, the delivery company that I used for my package.

Here's a quote from China Post:
"This explains why your seller doesn't want to handle customs clearance; he simply doesn't want to accept the return and issue a refund. Many bad sellers play this kind of game. In this case, your only option is to file a complaint with the marketplace. Tell marketplace that the seller does not make customs clearance after the return has arrived in China. If other buyers file similar complaints against him, he’ll be in serious trouble."

In the end I had to get a refund through Paypal.

These shoes are mad SO well and our very comfortable! I am quite satisfied. Expectations exceeded!

The return policy is terrible and highly inconvenient for customers living in North America. There is no local warehouse to receive returns, so unsuitable shoes cannot be returned unless the buyer pays extremely expensive international postage to China. As a result, I was forced to keep boots that are completely unusable, through no fault of my own. This was a very unpleasant purchase experience, and I will never buy shoes from this company again.

These are my favorite shoes the quality and comfort is amazing. They arrived promptly

Second pair received in dismay...
You do not have proper craftsmanship to make these shoes, yet you advertise they are made with skilled Italian artisanship.
These are not even close to basic Italian work.
Again the tassel flaps are to be aligned parallel with the beige space underneath, not cockeyed.
Out of embarrassment, I cannot wear these shoes that are intended for semi formal occasions.

Please send me return drop off instructions and refund my money.

I bought two pairs of shoes from BeauToday. I have to say the quality of them is fabulous!!
One pair was slightly small however.
I have had to send 10 photographs to prove the shoes are in good condition (I have not worn them only to try them on). I have paid $10 extra for a shipping label. They have replied to two of my emails to ask would I keep them. They cost $92!!! This is NUTS!!!
Don’t purchase from this company unless you know EXACTLY what style of shoe fits you!!!
Such a pity. My first pair are gorgeous!!

I love these boots. I have them in black from last year and now in green. The quality of the materials and the beauty of design and workmanship is first rate. I wear an 8.5 in Italian boots and these are perfect 8.5 size. I highly recommend this shoe. Get them!
