This company does not deliver its…

This company does not deliver its promises.

I ordered an item which arrived 6 weeks late and all I got was a very poor response from them.

By the time the item finally arrived, I had bought an alternative leaving me out of pocket.

Dear Ann, we are very sorry for the bad experience you met.
However, the covid period was a very hard period for all of us, only one person had to manage all the deliveries, the post office system was very slow and our customer service was limited in term of resources. We were not able to do as faster as we wish. Despite of this poor delivery experience, we hope that you appreciate our concept and you enjoy doing your own cosmetic products. Thanks
