I’ve tried so many different brands over the years, including very expensive ones, but nothing compares to this.

It is unbelievably soft and comfortable – I genuinely have never slept so well. Getting into bed now feels like a luxury every night. The quality is fantastic and it feels so cosy and breathable.

I honestly can’t recommend this bedding enough. If you’re thinking about buying it, do it – you won’t regret it!

I can’t believe all these poor reviews. They must have got different bedding than I received. The first order I received was so soft and still is soft over a year later. The 2nd set is just as good. Gorgeous colour, soft material. Luxury product.

Terrible quality. We bought “luxury” bedding, trying to make the sustainable choice and have something that will last years to come, and within a few washes it’s bobbly and after a year we need to throw it. I requested a refund and was ignored. Absolute scam, people people lured in by a beautiful website.

Worst service ever. Website offers international shipping for orders over £100 so I placed an order, spent extra to qualify, and everything went through fine. Money taken from my account. Then I get an email saying my order is cancelled and my money will be refunded because actually when you looked into shipping costs you didn’t fancy it.
Do your research before you advertise a service. And have the decency to honour orders placed before you changed your policy. Shameful.

Not worth the price in my opinion. Very tight on the fabric measurements. Their website says their fitted sheets are 32cm in depth however, I have two other fitted sheets of a 32cm depth, both fit my mattress fine with extra wiggle room however I have to squeeze my mattress and pillows into the Beddable pillow cases and fitted sheets it drives me mad. I wash them according to instructions but the material still seems to be shrinking. Wouldn't repurchase.

Absolute rip off - Far from luxury, poor customer service and quality. I’m never one to leave a review however I feel that they are not living up to their promise of luxury and I feel ripped off. I purchased bedding and a bathrobe as a treat for myself, totalling nearly £200. I was relatively happy with the feel of the bedding to begin with however I did notice the stitching was badly finished - I was sent a replacement thinking this was an exception but was sent one with the exact same problem. I decided to just roll with it however quickly the fabric it started to bobble. The robe also fell apart at the seams within a few months of wear, and the towel fabric took hardly anything to catch and have loose threads everywhere. I raised all of this with customer service and they look months to respond following many chasers, and was told that they weren’t willing to offer me a refund or replacement. Disappointing to say the least.

I was kind enough to provide Beddable with a positive review 3 months back. I am now retracting that. The duvet (superking size) I purchased (amongst other bedding products) has lost virtually all of its filling within one year and I will have to throw it out. All instructed due care has been followed and I have even tried to contact Beddable three times and they have not even acknowledged my emails. Nobody picks up the phone and you can't even leave a message. My recommendation would be to avoid.

Very disappointed with a fitted sheet I ordered and the way it has been handled by customer services my first contact was 20/3/22.A super king sheet which was massive on my super king bed. Customer services advised I could use clips on elastic to make the sheet fit which if you have ever tried to lift a heavy mattress by yourself is a ridiculous suggestion of something to do every time I need to change my sheets. I’ve requested a refund a few times as the sheet is not fit for purpose but seeing as beddable advise washing sheets before using them I only realised the poor fit after they were washed and packaging was gone. I understand that there are some restrictions and customer services cannot always do exactly as we may need but all along my correspondence with Beddable I have felt like they just don’t want to help, no empathetic response via email and no suitable resolution except for them to send the sheet back to me now 3 months later. It’s such a shame because you think your buying from a luxury brand but this area of the business for me was handled poorly.

This bedding is lovely when you first get it, but its absolutely terrible after a few months. We took good care of it with washing, but it was bobbled and worn looking within a few months. I raised this with customer services and they sent me two new pillow cases, as this was where it was worse, but I then let them know it was across the whole bedding and asked for a refund. I offered to send the bedding back so they could see the problem and address it and they completely ignored my email.

I've had bedding from Ikea for 10% of the price that has lasted 10x as long, and massively regret buying this. To know I spent £190 on the bedding is so frustrating.

This bedding is total trash. I’ve got two sets totalling nearly £400 which is a premium price for what should be premium product. The colours are gorgeous and initially you’ll be happy with the product. That’s where these positive reviews are coming from because the company prompt you to review their products literally the week you receive it. I use the absolutely correct amount of detergent, I have soft water, I have an incredibly expensive washing machine that I even wash cashmere in without problems. This bedding will be completely ruined after a couple of months and will look awful even sooner. STAY AWAY. Absolute con.

I was given a bathrobe from Beddable as a present. It was lovely to wear at first but immediately shrank in the wash despite following care instructions and shrank even more on second wash! As well as this, it had lots of pulled threads after only a few weeks and looked really scruffy. I contacted support but they were unwilling to replace or refund it so now I just have a bathrobe that’s too small and really scruffy looking :(. Terrible!

Can't leave 0 stars, so have 1 star for the nice photos on your website. Unfortunately when the products arrive you realise its a glorified scam – the colours don't last, the fabric won't survive a wash before piling. Poor.

I'd had my eye on the Forest Green sheets for a few months and ended up getting the Soft and Snug set. I was very happy with it once it arrived and I couldn't fault the customer service team. They reached out as I'd gotten a mismatch of sizes (totally deliberate, we love a giant duvet) just to make sure all was well.

After just one wash, however, the sheets started to pile. This was after I'd followed the washing instructions. The material now feels scratchy and uncomfortable. I've had to take a fabric shaver to the fitted sheet as I found it utterly irksome during the night. I shouldn't have to do that to brand new sheets of that price range.

I’ve ordered bamboo hooded robe and it’s just lovely!

I loved my new beddings from beddable. The fabric is so soft and feels elegant. Bedspread and cushions lifted my room's atmosphere.

Lovely sheets, feeling cosier now while sleeping!

Essentially a scam. They operate a returns policy but not after washing. After one wash the sheets start feeling like they cost £5. Prickly and rigid. Stick to well known brands.

I appreciate that returning washed sheets is difficult for hygiene reasons but they should at least offer a partial refund.

If you look at the positive Trust Pilot reviews it's mainly by people who have left one review so maybe beddable are creating lots of Trust Pilot accounts.

I'm extremely pleased with everything, especially the service.

I ordered washed cotton bedding and couldn't be more pleased with them. Even after a couple washes, the fabric is still super soft.

I spent upwards of £350+ on a bedding set, a waffle blanket and 2 waffle pillows.

The button fell off the duvet on the first wash. Another later fell off when I took it off the duvet for its second wash. (It was washed alone as recommended).

The Waffle blanket is full of thread pulls and is not of great quality. And now the 2 waffle pillows have holes and started to come away at the thread by the zipper.

I contacted their customer service and was offered the following woeful actions:
A bag of buttons (for me to sew on myself at my leisure)
Absolutely no apology or any other form of return or actionable customer service you would expect with faulty products!

I believe what makes a brand stand apart is what they do when things go wrong, not when they're going right! And Beddable has been lazy and indifferent.

I'm utterly appalled by their lack of awareness and customer service and their blatant lack of intention to put this right. Due to this I later cancelled a further order and they even deducted the return postage back from my original total spend! (who even does that!?)

As a D2C brand, they really don't have a clue about how to treat their customer. Clearly, their QA process needs reviewing as I have no other bedding that has fallen apart so quickly or given me so much hassle!

I'm not one for leaving reviews, however, I'm so upset by the way I've been ripped off and treated I felt compelled to worn others!
