Buyer beware…Absolutely do not use this company! My daughter purchased 2 dresses from this company with the intention of returning 1. They look very similar. She purchased the $6.00 free returns.., in hopes of getting a refund for the unworn dress we expect to send back. They will only issue a store credit. Unacceptable! Beware of this misleading verbiage on their website. I’ve reached out to the company to try to resolve this with reason and they will not. Definitely do not purchase a HOCO dress from them, there’s plenty of other sites that will accept returns for unworn items with tags.

You can’t return anything you buy for anything but store credit. Stay away.

I placed a $703.88 order on September 4 for several homecoming dresses in different styles and sizes for my daughter to try. The order was delivered September 11. We really like the dresses and would like to keep two of them.

I misunderstood the return policy and believed I had 30 days to return the dresses that didn’t work for a refund. I later learned that regular returns are for store credit rather than a refund to the original payment method. Had I understood that when ordering, I would not have placed such a large order with multiple styles and sizes.

I contacted Customer Care to explain the situation and ask whether they would make a one-time exception and allow me to return the remaining unworn dresses, with tags attached, for a refund.

At this point, my biggest frustration is that I cannot get anyone from Customer Care to respond to me at all.

I have emailed Customer Care multiple times and called the published U.S. customer-service number multiple times during their stated business hours. The recording says I will be connected to an agent, but my calls have repeatedly gone to voicemail. I have received no return calls and no responses to my emails. I have now also contacted Beginning Boutique through Instagram because my 30-day return window continues to run while I wait for assistance.

I noticed that Beginning Boutique has responded to other customers on Trustpilot by directing them to email Customer Care. That is the same Customer Care email address I have already contacted multiple times without receiving a response.

At this point, I need a different avenue for reaching someone who can actually assist me, rather than being directed back to an email address I have already tried repeatedly. I would simply like someone from Beginning Boutique to contact me directly and help resolve this before my return window expires.

We genuinely like the dresses and would like to keep two. I would also be happy to shop with Beginning Boutique again if this can be resolved fairly. Unfortunately, being unable to reach anyone for help with a time-sensitive return has made this experience extremely frustrating.

Not only were the sizes much bigger than typical sizing, but they also only allow store credit so now I'm left with a huge store credit for dresses that didn't fit

I purchased my daughter a dress for homecoming from Beginning Boutique and not only was the dress stunning the customer support was a 10/10. My daughter was so happy with the dress and I was so incredibly impressed with their team. I will continue to order from this boutique. I have never had such amazing customer support. Thank you Beginning Boutique. Please don’t think twice when ordering from here

the website is easy to use and when I requested a return for refund Lara was very helpful. My only suggestion is to open a return option for refund, instead of just "Store Credit" or "Shop now". I will probably order through this website but will be weary of what I order and when. I agreed to the extra charge for free returns but still had to email for help.

Beginning boutique has great merchandise that is on trend. The white shorts are a great item, made with good quality denim and fit perfectly. The top is also of good quality and the colour is beautiful and feminine

I bought this dress for my daughter. It is beautiful and comfortable. She loves it! I was afraid that it would be too short, but it is a perfect length, just short enough like you see on the model. My daughter is 5'2" and weights between 118-125. I ordered a size 4. I 💯 recommend this dress!
