We had a nice stay
We had a nice stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and in a very central location, making it easy to explore the city. We also really appreciated having access to a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. The only suggestion I would make is to provide a fan in the room during hot weather. With the recent heat, it would have made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, a good place to stay.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer serivce
I am extremely disappointed with the way my booking was handled.
My accommodation booking was cancelled just days before an important business trip with no clear explanation. If I hadn't proactively followed up myself, I may not have even known the booking had been cancelled until it was too late.
To make matters worse, Expedia advised me that the booking was still active on their end, creating unnecessary confusion and stress. I was then forced to find alternative accommodation at the last minute, which cost significantly more due to the short notice.
I also used approximately $90 in Expedia voucher credit towards this booking, and I am still waiting for this to be restored.
The customer service was equally disappointing. I was promised multiple callbacks that never happened, requested escalation to management, and was assured someone would contact me. It has now been over two weeks since I sent a detailed email outlining my concerns, and I have received absolutely no response.
To add to my frustration, I have still not received my refund despite being told it would be processed.
The complete lack of communication, failure to follow through on promises, and poor handling of this situation have resulted in a very stressful and costly experience. I expected far better customer service and accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking with this property.

Staff including Enzo and Amaya were excellent and responsive. the home was as advertised. Just as and side the freezer may need defrosting. Had a great stay but it was during the summer heat.

Wonderful small flat
Easy check in. Very responsive management. The flat was just the right size. Very clean. Paris was so hot, but there was a fan available to make it a bit better. The eateries near by were wonderful.

The company was responsive to my questions and requests. The unit was very clean and well maintained. The location is perfect, especially with kids since it is a block from Luxembourg Gardens. Having a couple groceries stores beneath us and across the street was really convenient too.
