Great coffee, smooth and great taste
Some of the best coffee around. We visit the Derby restaurant when we are there.
Great flavoured coffee and always hits the spot when using my Sage machine, good creama and not too bitter as some can be.
Free delivery with subscription so can't fault that with coffee cost relative to
other top
brands.

The downside was that the table was not clean neither was the seating. We moved tables twice to find the same issue

As a brand, we set high standards of cleanliness and service, and tables being left dirty definitely doesn't meet these standards. Please rest assured that I will pass your comments on to our Store Management for them to look in to with their team and make sure that details like this aren't being neglected.
I really hope that this hasn't caused you to lose faith in us completely and you'll come back to give us the opportunity to show you our commitment to the high brand standards we set that have earned us such a great local reputation!
Expensive Fungus!

As you can see from many of our previous reviews, we receive lots of compliments on the quality and value of our food, so I can only apologise that your experience with us didn't meet up to our usual high standards. Nevertheless, it's great to hear that you enjoyed everything else about your visit! I really hope you'll come back to try some other goodies from our menu very soon. :)

I love Bear, the coffee is great, the staff are friendly and accommodating, the menu always offers a great range of high quality food.

Terrible service from moment of entry
Terrible service from moment of entry. We where ignored by the staff at the desk and had to ask if we could sit, which we did and we where assured that a waiting staff would be over to take our order. 25 minutes later, we where still being ignored whilst new arrivals where immediately attended to. By this time my 8 year old child was very hungry but we'd not even been able to order a drink. I then went over to the desk to notify them that they'd missed us and we had been waiting. I was once again ignored by the staff and subsequently decided to leave. The whole experience was awkward and rude on their part. I'd like to be able to comment on the food an drink, however we where denied the prospect and disregarded. Would not recommend.

Thank you for taking the time to review us, however I'm sorry to hear that the lack of pancakes available slightly dampened your visit to us this time!
Unfortunately due to nationwide shortages of certain ingredients and products as well as limited availability of delivery drivers, we have been forced to react and make temporary changes or restrictions to our menu. Our team are working hard to react quickly and ensure that disruption remains minimal, however many of the stock issues we are facing are out of our control and require longer-winded solutions to fix.
We're continually reviewing our menu and carefully planning any updates around excluding things that have repeatedly been tough to get hold of and adapting our products as needed; please rest assured we're doing all we can to resolve this issue for the long-term!
