Worst mascara I ever bought
I used to always buy the They're Real mascara but having bought one in Dublin airport and started to use it I found it awful the wand is awful just the overall product is awful never buying this again irritated my eyes also

The New foundation has got to be one of the worst products I've ever used... greasy makes all your pores more noticeable, terrible coverage...very very poor product, supermarket brands are better than this rubbish foundation...!!!!!

Great service at Place Vendome in Doha from Ilhame, who did my brows and offered me a free tester facial.
Poor quality
I bought their mascara, they're real magnet. The mascara doesn't last and I was really embarrassed that it was applied in such a short time without me noticing and I walked around with raccoon eyes.
Fraudulent Practices
Returned several items and had to email them 4x over 2 months asking about my refund. Despite multiple follow-ups and their customer service team promising to process my refund, they have not refunded me. They confirmed receipt of return and I was told it would be one month, then after a month+, followed back up and each time I was told 5-7 more days. This happened multiple times. This is completely unacceptable and feels fraudulent. If you value your time and money, I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Next Day Delivery Not Reliable day 19th May…
I placed an order on Monday 19th May before the 3p.m. deadline for next day delivery and paid the extra. I am on holiday and forgot to pack my eyebrow pen which if you could see me you know how much it is needed! Unsatisfied w/ Customer Service
I purchased a couple of eyebrow products to be used at a later date. When I received my order I checked to make sure they sent the correct items but I didn’t think to check the colors. When I went to finally use one of the items, I noticed they sent the wrong color that is no where near the color I ordered. It was past the 90 day exchange period and all they gave me was 10% off a future order that can be combined with other offers. I’m disappointed I spent $26 on a product I can’t use especially when it was their fault for sending the wrong item to begin with.

I placed my order on 12/31 in the amount of $448.99 and due to a family emergency i needed to leave state to be with a terminal ill family member so I needed to return my order to use the the money for a more impact important matter. I never used any products nor did I open the box until I needed the return slip to mail my items back which I did. I waited 2-3 weeks as it states on their website however no refund was recieved so I called them on 2/20 where the representative confirmed they received and scanned my items back on 2/3 but just didn't process the refund. I'm confused by as you would think that would be a automatic part of the process when scanning returned items back. The representative told me I would have to wait an additional 5-7 days and that there is no way to expedite it. This is unacceptable period but makes it worse especially for the reason I need it back. I'm was going to reorder once I got passed what I'm going through but after this experience it's not likely that will happen. I need my money back ASAP please.

I ordered gift set from this company and it came damaged. I contacted benefit by email customer service and from now after 26 emails still not been resolved. The customer service is horrendous and I've had two different emails sent to me by different people asking me to let them no what wrong. I wish I could give a ZERO star. I received an empty tube of Mighty Fine brow Pen with a broken brush tip. Within hours of receiving it, I contacted the company for a refund. So far I have sent pictures 4 times and have received 8 emails asking for more info and not refunding my money. A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT AND FRUSTRATION. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS.

If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered 2 glam sets for x mas presents, one that did not have the lid on the tin and was missing items. I have been back and forth for 2 weeks with customer service email with 0 help. They have asked for batch numbers, photographs which I have provided. Every email I receive back says 3-5 business days to get a response and that they need to further investigate. I have also called customer service 3 times and also received 0 help. Today I was on the phone for 37 minutes. I have asked 6+ times to speak with a supervisor or manager, all whom I have been told are in a meeting. I am only asking for a replacement however the person I am speaking with says its out of stock. But somehow when I go online, I am able to order it? Then, when asked for a refund I was told they have to request it and if it is approved it takes 2-3 weeks to get refunded. This is probably the worst customer service I have ever received from a company. I will not be ordering EVER AGAIN from this company.

If I could give a zero I would. Purchased the classic Benetint directly through company instead of Sephora. Item arrived damaged, opened, half full. Customer service requested invoice and pictures before refunding a $20 product. Have been told 3 different things from them. It would be processed immediately upon receiving, then it would take 2-3 business days [it's past that] then 3-4 weeks for a refund to my PayPal. Unbelievably inept, inefficient and unprofessional customer service. Never purchase from this company again- even at Sephora. From reviews I can see this sentiment is pretty universal.

If I could give zero I would disgusting customer service from a company which used to be so good. Order placed never arrived. They use Evri the worst courier in the country. Never even attempted delivery and now says it will be returned. Although a week later it gas not been returned. Even though benefit can see the tracking they said they will refund me when it gets back to them! Don't hold up any hope with Evri actually returning the parcel so now will have to report if to my bank. Disgusting customer service.
