I went to check out and reserve my hotel room, and not even 30 minutes after I had added the hotel to my cart the price suddenly was "no longer available" and $30 more than what I had chosen.
Great and affordable prices on almost everything!!!

The site was easy to look at all the tickets available. Be cautious if you transaction is declined, you may have an email asking you to verify the transaction is valid. But after you let your credit card company know the purchase is valid, the site will have retained your order and you just have to process it again.

Movie theater vouchers seem like a good idea, but aren't as good of a deal after they add on huge fees (over 17%). And act like they have no control over fees. No taxes were added to my order. Order was delivered promptly by email as PDF.

This was the worst experience I've had using this Beneplace service. For a company that (their words) is "Committed to your satisfaction and to deliver the best Customer Experience possible", this was anything but that.

31 Street Broadway Hotel
38 West 31st Street, New York, NY 10001. The Hotel Advertised a decent nightly rate and an acceptable total of $326 for a 4-night stay. When I submitted my payment details and received the purchase summary, I was shocked to see a hidden additional charge of $700+ in taxes! When I tried to cancel the order, I wasn't allowed because the Fine Print for Cancellation said I should have canceled it by 3:34 PM the previous DAY! The Beneplace customer service person, Riley, was not very helpful, other than saying she would try to work with the partner Hotel to cancel my Reservation. I did not feel I was being heard or advocated for by Beneplace. Definitely, this was a Beneplace "Bait And Switch" Hotel Scam!!! P.S. When I tried speaking wth the front desk person of this hotel (516-7708751), it was even worse. There was no evidence of understanding or a focus on Customer Satisfaction or on how we can make this right from the Hotel. I have never met with such arrogance.

Adequate online application. Satisfactory transaction.
We entered payment details & completed a transaction. Then the application issued an identity verification code to authentic the credit card, & it was never delivered.
After 15 minutes, the transaction timed out, and was voided.
We had to recreate the transaction.

They are absolutely horrible. I would not recommend them to anyone. I didn't receive a rental. They would not refund my money. I ended up spending $400.00 . On another car. They said at the last minute. Right before handing the keys to the rental. That my credit wasn't good enough. I gave them $186.00 . And then spent $400.00 dollars on another car. So I lost $400.00 dealing with them. Please don't go through what I went through. Horrible. I traveled for Arizona to New York. To see my sister whom had just had a stroke. They almost gave me a stroke also. Horrible Ace rental their partner.

My first hotel option didn't go through as planned. It kept rejecting and was saying the hotel didn't match with the reserved hotel.
Edit: The order didn't go through, because the hotel name didn't match what was on the cart item, even though they are the same, not sure why the error or system would indicated that. Second, if you don't provide a contact info, how can someone respond back to you or call you? It's not very helpful by saying without providing any more details or info.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! In order to modify or change a date you’ll have to cancel your entire itinerary with a possibility of not even getting your money back! I was scammed out of hundreds! Complete trash company I’ll never use them again.

it was frustrating booking a room at the Washington DC Hamilton hotel on your website! your initial rate for the week I was staying changed when trying to pay for it. it increased $300 dollars. not sure why but very unhappy with your last minute rate changes!
