I have no problems with betchan. I play here for 2 years and got payed out everytime! I won from 1.000 euro till 10.000 euro. This is a good casino

I started with 20 euros. It started off nice by just playing and winning but after some time I came to the conclusion that this site is for scammers. I won 600 but then after 1 hour with customer service and sending in documents they told me that I couldn't get the money and took it off my account. Then I put new money on my account and won 1400 I pressed on cash out but nothing happened. I contacted customer service again and again after 2 hours they told me that it was an error. After 1 hour the financial department sended me an mail stating that I couldn't get the money and they took it again off. They make it on purpose to difficult to get your money back. DONT USE

On Ocotber 18th I won 2641.20 EUR in the game vikings go WILD. After the free games the game closed and my winning money was not transfered to my balance on betchan. I made a photo of my win for my safety!

Now since 2 weeks I always get the answer that I have to be patient, they need to check it with the gaming provider.

Its insane. If its not solved in the next days I have to take legal actions.

My experience is that I opened an account for an 89 year old lady and because she cannot handle computers herself, I deposit money into her account through my bank, so that she does not have to wait to play in Carona time! used her call sign instead of her passport name by accident, after explaining the whole story 4 times and sending several passport and address and bank transfer, the manager did not want to pay her 2000 euros and blocked her account without a puss pass. looked up online sites of Betchan and it is nowhere stated that such a thing is not allowed! You only find out when you have won and applied for a sashout! The management team did not speak to me in any way about this, after I had mentioned that I had deposited 49 of the 65 money deposits via my account and why they had not pointed out that such a thing is not allowed! deception why do they not describe this via their normal sites and why do they have it in the casino itself, as a normal and decent person you are not prepared for that , it can always be that a friend or whoever wants to give that person something, March to not want to pay out 2000 euros with all the correct data, then you as a team manager come across as scammers and want to receive money, but not I play several casinos myself, but Betchan are filthy managers at the head! The chat people are so much more professional than their manager! I indicate that they do not indicate this on any website and so they are rats !! They look for the easiest way for themselves! Other casinos are so dirty and mean so better look for another starts with a U and ends with T ;-) good experiences and pay quickly and neatly

Trying to cash out 500 euro's. But they keep rejecting since they dont accept pdf. But skrill only gives reciepts in pdf. So unable to cash out thank hou betchan 🤔

Every time i try to cashout they don’t let you. I send all the documents , more documents that i need to rent a house and still not want to approve the account, 3 time i was trying to cashout €1000, €1500 and €1100 money won by me after i gamble more then €1000 my own money in total around €3600 trying to cash out and all the time asking for more documents, then i upload all of them around 12 documents they approved and asking again the same documents, it said it’s from Malta the license that means us as EU citizen should be protected against scams casinos but i see it’s not like that.
My advice if you want to play on this casino is
Deposit €10-20 without the bonus ,upload all the documents they asking and after that withdraw the money €20 and wait for account to be verified and approved in case you make some money you know you can cash out.

I checked it out, where do you see i violated the rules? I played with 0.40, 0.60 en 1.00
Some games i could not play because there was an active bonus, for that i got a warning. I could not play that. How is it possible to lose 1600 euro without a warning or knowing it. That is not fair, it's a scam and against all the rules in eu. Play fair! I don't care about the money, i will fight for my right to protect all people. I will also contact the people who give you're company the license.

I know you're company is not in Malta.
You are taking advantage of people. Please accept you're loss as a company and let's solve this as grown people. I will take action if we can not solve this together.
