At first I trusted the site and everything was going fine, even the communication by email was good. But now it suddenly feels like they don’t want to pay the April prize. First they said there was a delay because of the holidays, which is understandable, but then they told me I filled the form incorrectly (I used the same details as always, didn’t change anything). Last week they said the payment would be made this week, but now when I ask for a specific day, I get no reply. If they don’t want to pay, they should just say it, but I don’t appreciate being led around and blamed for something that isn’t true

Very poor and slow support. I have won italy seria A weekly competition 2nd position 2 weeks Ago, and spain la liga this week 1st position.. The problem is i haven’t beed paid for last 2 week for my skrill issue.i wanted to change my skrill email for payment,mailed them again and again but they didn’t reply my single email. I don't know they will update my skrill and pay me those 2 winning or not..

Really don't know what were they thinking when they released this updated site live to users. It is practically unusable on phone, slightly, but just slightly better on desktop. Everything is super slow, buggy, you can't even enter in your own profile most of the time. Your previous tips vanish and appear out of thin air every time you refresh the page. Just amateur work all around and it would just be better for them to roll back changes until site is ready to go live because it is unacceptable for it to be in this state.

The site was once good and smooth until recently they made an update on the site, then the site becomes very buggy and it’s very hard to navigate around the site and the admins aren’t doing anything about it. It’ll be better to downgrade back to previous version than this new buggy version.

Very disappointing changes from next season..every prizes will be reduced half.. No more fun on weekly competition. They will award half rewards from next season...also removed NBA,NFL, Grecce leage along with many Leagues.

I used to receive my prizes after winning only to my surprise now I didn't receive my weekly English premier League prize ,am trying to talk to the admins but they are not replying me so I don't know where exactly the problem is now. It's better to reply so that I know what is going on, I am very disappointed I put effort and taking my time writing tips using my money to buy mobile data so that I can win a prize but so far I don't know the problem.

My account, along with my cousin's account, was disabled for no reason. They emailed me with the allegation that I was using two accounts on one device, which is not true. I denied their allegations, explaining that while I did create two accounts on one device, I am not currently using both. My cousin is using the other account that I created earlier. I told them if it's a violation of your rules to keep the old account (which my cousin is currently using and working hard by providing predictions), then please disable my new account. However, they refused to listen to me.

I asked them if there was anything I could do to prove that I am not using both accounts, but they didn't respond. The last reply I received contained another allegation, claiming that I didn't cooperate with them. How is telling the truth considered a fault?
