This represents a breach of UK legislation, being The Computer Misuse Act 1990.

If this is how they treat people who have no interest in their operation, then I would ask whether it raises questions about those who volunteer their data and engagement?

If I could do less I would, after opening an account I started playing, I forgot to verify myself so I went and did that, I got up to £500 in my account, 8/9 hours later still wasn't verified so emailed the company, didn't hear back! Went back on and tried to withdraw, same message up. At this point I had took my balance down to £400. I tried to log back on and now my account has been shut down and can't gain access to it atall!!! This is the worst site I've been on, that £400 would have helped me out massively and I got my hopes up thinking I would have spare money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON HERE!

Scam, deposit not in my account wallet even after 3 days. Useless support, they just told me 5 times "apologize blabla.. please wait"

Im not sure what all the negative reviews are about i joined up on the 10/05/26, first day won 1200 euros which is about £1040, withdrew it all on the 11/05/26 and it hit my bank on the 12th, no problems at all except for verification which i joined the chat and they sorted promptly. So don't listen to all the negative reviews its all bull!

Thieves. Terrible customer service, paid me once to my bank, then kept refusing withdrawals under the pretence that i had done something wrong with my bank details (i had not, same details as before, 9 withdrawal attempts). Stay away, they will keep your money if you win.

i deposited and won a small amount around £250 then was kicked out of the site and asked to log back in when i did it said my details were in correct so i requested password change incase it was my miss type then it said this email is not recognised. i contacted them and they have sent me the same auto email back robbing BAS**RDS

🚨 Scam alert 🚨 My account was fully verified and wanted to withdraw €1300 after 2 days of pending they said my bank rejected the transaction and after I asked for a transaction number which my bank told me to get they said we don’t offer a transaction number.They never wanted to pay me and I have deposited £100s so don’t listen to the fake good reviews because it’s them writing it. ‼️ THEY DONT HAVE ANY INTENTION OF PAYING YOUR WINNINGS ‼️

Not going to lie I've out a chunk Into this casino and every time I went to withdraw winnings it rejected after a day due to incomplete verification. Eventually after emailing back and forth with the support team I got fully verified and managed to successfully withdraw..... unfortunately my bank *chase* don't provide swift or bic transfer capability so I had to use an alternative bank. The initial process was 36 hours from withdrawal to bank receiving and processing. However my bank rejected the transfer after 3 days stating cryptocurrency concerns and potential mis use of my account for business purposes. So they sent it back to the casino 9 days ago/7 working days ago. I was told it would be processed within 7 business days. Absolute disgusting thieving site. Last 6 deposits of €300 and over the slots played exactly the same. Dangerous high voltage today bonus teased 43 times and landed 3 times!
