As is so often the case, it is the staff that makes a place and Dennis is a star - taking all the time needed to fully explain the ins and outs of the facility and setting up the new account with practiced aplomb.

Good service all the way from reservation to storing goods. The staff very very respectful when I needed help following the tragic death of my wife. I would highly reccomend Big Padlock if any persons needed storage.

My unit rental starts in a couple of weeks but all the preliminary emails and communications have been very friendly, efficient and quick - very happy so far.

My partner and I have been storing items since September 2025 as part of moving house. From the off the experience with the team at Big Padlock - Wirral has been first rate. A really friendly team too. Most notably, when we required a larger unit, the team took the trouble to call us when on holiday in Malta so that we did not miss out given the heavy demand for larger units.

Absolutely 💯 for the offset. Easy pleasant set up.. so kind helpful even stayed late one night as I left my keys and wldnt have made closing time much appreciated.. Kevin.. him and Annaljze went out way to assist n make things easy any way they cld.. if we need storage I wldnt go anywhere else.. Best storage ever.. easy safe access and plenty camera so stuff is locked and safe n alarmed easy access 12 hrs a day 7 days a week brilliant guys keep up the good work.. all best lynn Bonnes

We needed a short-term hire, and the experience was fuss-free and friendly, and the fees were transparent and fair. Access was great and the unit was dry and secure. Not much more to say. Excellent.

From start to finish she made everything so smooth.
Moving house is stressful but this made it so much easier, cannot recommend this place enough.
