If I could give negative stars I definitely would. I've been waiting 5 weeks now and all I get is its marked to pay... I've never had any problem getting paid from any site. They will take your money and never pay you. Do not deal with these horrible people, your just setting yourself up for disappointment.

Been waiting a month for a withdrawal of 400$ I keep getting the same run around responses from support 0 help.

I have been waiting on my redemption for 30 days now. I have redeemed before and it came within a couple to few days. I have deposited a few times. Never had a problem until now when everyone else is. They keep giving me the run around but there’s no excuse. I can’t cancel or reverse or anything. It’s beginning to give scam and it’s ridiculous. It’s safe to say I won’t be playing here any longer and wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. They probably broke so CANT pay anybody out lol. There’s no way …. I’ll be reviewing on all my platforms and I’ll have Lady Luck and her husband post one also!

I have had a pending redemption for several weeks and I can’t get an update on why it’s taking so long. I have sent several emails and have received no response and when I tried to use live chat I waited well over an hour while being told I was next and someone would be with me in 1–3 minutes. I have a balance I can’t redeem because you can only have one redemption and I keep getting emails about promotions that I can’t even buy because you can’t buy more coins when you have a balance.
Update: I received an email saying my redemption “is in the final stages.” I will update when it’s paid.
Update: It’s now ten days since I received an email saying my redemption was in the final stage…still no money.
Update: a little over a month later I finally got my $200. 10/27

If you're looking at this site as a semi-quick turn around to continue a deposit/redeem gameplay...run far far away. I have made multiple deposits here, and the RTP is, eh. I finally hit redemption amount, and went to redeem; its been 8 days and its still sitting in the queue to be reviewed. I messaged customer service 5 days ago, and apparently it hasn't moved. They also cant tell you when it'll be reviewed, they cant tell you how much longer, and they have no knowledge if the redemption speed will increase as time goes on. Honestly, I feel like I left with less information after contacting customer service, somehow. I have a very strong feeling I'll be adding this site to my list of no go.

Edit: 3* weeks at this point. They will not pay out and will give you excuses every time you ask. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Waiting two weeks and counting on a redemption.

Requested redemption on 09/21/2026 have been waiting over 3 weeks. Don’t even bother asking support for the status of your redemption. They send the same AI response not matter what. Also don’t get excited when they say your redemption is in a “TO PAY” status. This means nothing, it’s just some wording they use to give you the slightest bit of hope. I won 5,000 and they’re only letting me redeem 1,000 at a time. At this rate I’ll get all of my redemptions next year. Once I get it all I’m done with this horrible horrible site
UPDATE: As of today 10/22/2026 they have updated me and said “Judging by how far along with the reviews your redemption is, it should finalize soon” it has been 31 days. I will update when I receive

Made a redemption request 09/28

As of today, October 14th it’s still “pending review” emailed them twice so far, get the same AI response.

Terrible website with an even worse support team. Asked these mfs like 3 times a week where my redemption was and they always gave me the same AI response. Writing this to let everyone know that they do eventually pay. Finally received a 1k redemption this morning after waiting for 25 days.

Horrible site. I’ve never won here and when asking for help to get free coins from support they don’t care and don’t help at all. Greedy company and terrible customer service. Making this review to remind me and other to never go here again.

Been waiting 9 days now and they just tell me it is because of high traffic. I am sorry but when others are paying instantly or within 2 days,, there is no reason for this.

I have played on this site for several months, but the redemption process continues to take longer and longer. I submitted a redemption request on August 31, and today is September 19. After nearly three weeks, my redemption is still pending.
My account has been fully verified twice, so there should be no reason for this continued delay. When I contacted Support, I received the ridiculous response that there is no established turnaround time for processing redemptions. Customers deserve a clear timeline and timely access to their winnings.
Once I receive my pending redemption and withdraw the remainder of my money, I will be closing my account and will not use this site again. If you are willing to accept customers’ money immediately, you should also be prepared to pay out their legitimate winnings promptly.

It’s been since September 1st that I submitted my redemption they just keep saying to be patient they have a high volume of redemptions wonder why cause they don’t pay to bad cause they have great bonus buys but don’t buy from this site they won’t redeem

I'll keep it short, don't spend a dime with this failed company, the fact that as of this moment you can go on their site and make a purchase is pure fraud. I would be amazed if their actions don't lead to federal indictments.

Been playing for a long time and finally won over 100. Redeemed fully verified and they said needed my license and statement again. Provided then they cancelled redemption said it didn't meet terms and conditions. I play a lot if these sites. This one is moved to my fraud folder of not to use in the future.

Gameplay was okay, the same as like 12 other sites though. But what sticks in my head is the redemption process and how horrible and slow it took them. it took over 12 days for both my redemptions. I won't recommend anyone to play there because of that

Horrible service and support team is terrible also I’ve been stuck in reversal cut off has expired for 5 days now usually way faster and support can’t give me a timeframe of when I can possibly receive my winnings I have redeemed from this site before only took 4 days . I think this site should be taken down all other casinos are faster within 24 hours . Agents are so rude on this site they even ignore every question you ask I have documented our conversations. Support is nonexistent
