Extremely disappointing experience – almost two months waiting for a £3,700 withdrawal.
My withdrawal has been pending since 8 June 2026, and despite fully cooperating with every request, it still has not been processed.
Throughout this process I have provided everything requested, including my passport, selfie verification, proof of address, bank statements, Open Banking access, and detailed explanations regarding all transactions and family transfers.
Every time I comply, I am met with the same generic response: "Your account is under review." No meaningful explanation, no realistic timeframe, and no indication of what is actually preventing my withdrawal from being processed.
I have remained patient, respectful, and cooperative throughout. I have also submitted a formal complaint, escalated the matter through Resolver, referred it to ADR/eCOGRA, and reported my concerns to the Gambling Commission. Despite all of this, I still have not received a final response or any meaningful progress.
I fully understand that casinos have regulatory obligations and must carry out verification checks. However, customers also deserve fair treatment, transparency, and timely communication. Keeping someone's legitimate withdrawal pending for weeks while repeatedly sending standard template replies is simply unacceptable.
I sincerely hope my review is completed soon, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend Bingo Diamond. I would urge anyone considering this casino to be aware that if your account is selected for an enhanced review, you may face a very long wait with little communication. ALSO EVERYTIME I WRITE A REVIEW THEY DELETE IT!

I've been a member of Bingo Diamond and their Sister sites for a while now.
Compared to other sites i find they give a decent run for your deposit.
The wins are decent keeping your money in play for a while, rather than other sites just taking your money in minutes.
The site champions are really polite and are always willing to help you out.
Withdrawls are easy and you are always informed about your money and withdrawls are always paid with no problems.
Decent choice of slots or Bingo and i can't understand people moaning and giving bad reviews.
I have won decent amounts through out my journey playing on these sites and i've lost aswell, but that's to be expected if you choose to gamble.
Just keep it fun and don't go overboard is key.
Bingo Diamond is a good site along with their Sister sites in my opinion.
