A bar of soap, and a book - two treasured items

Great product but sadly it doesn't fit the person I ordered it for; also, if you're ordering from mainland Europe as I did, beware of the hidden customs charges!

Lovely candle set from Plum & Ashby arrived promptly and well packaged.

I have tried calling the telephone number listed a number of times to enquire about an item and have only ever got an answering machine. Would be good to be able to speak with someone but appreciate shop is probably very busy at this time of year!

It’s two weeks since this company acknowledged receipt of a returned item, but they have still not refunded me (almost £400). When most other retailers now refund promptly, there’s just no excuse. Not impressed at all and will not shop here again: first and last time!
