Unpaid Salary and Unfair Employment Practices
My experience working at this company was extremely disappointing.
Throughout my employment, I was subjected to constant criticism and unnecessary mental pressure. I repeatedly heard comments such as, "Your work isn't good," "Even freshers perform better than you," and "Tasks that previous employees completed in a day are taking you multiple days." Unfortunately, this wasn't occasional feedback; it became a daily occurrence.
Eventually, I decided to resign because I could no longer tolerate the working environment. That's when things took an even more disappointing turn.
Despite repeatedly questioning my work performance, the management wanted to me to stay, bringing up an employment agreement and contract bond. When I refused to withdraw my resignation, I was told that I would have to serve a 3 month notice period and that my pending salary and submitted personal documents would be withheld until the agreement period was completed.
In other words, They wanted me to work for three months without paying a single rupee, simply because I wanted to leave the company.
I found these conditions completely unacceptable. I eventually stopped going there, and to this day, the company has not paid me 1.5 months of my hard-earned salary.
Think carefully before joining this company. They take documents and give salary on 15th of every month. They also cut 10% of your salary as security deposit. On top of all this, they use contract as a license to exploit.
