I made an ACH transfer on 9 April and I didn’t received it . I have more than 3 weeks and 15 working days . No one is answering at their support! No one is answering on phone, email, chat , WhatsApp !
I don’t know where my money are and no one is willing to help me ! Is insaneeee !

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. Endless waiting for payments and support responses. They are completely indifferent and do nothing when money goes missing. I’m closing my account and switching to Revolut.

Avoid using this service

I am writing this review to warn others about my terrible experience with YourSafe. I initiated a money transfer (ACH transfer to US bank) 12 days ago, and the funds were deducted from my account immediately. However, the recipient never received the money. The transfer simply vanished.
I have tried contacting customer support multiple times regarding this lost transaction, but I am being completely ignored. I have sent emails and filled out contact forms, yet there is total silence on their end, well only robot formal responds that my question was escalated to an appropriate team. Nothing else.

It is unacceptable for a financial service to hold onto client funds and then refuse to communicate. This feels like a scam. Avoid using this service if you don't want to lose your money

Unfortunately international transfers are also expensive for us, so its to cover our costs. You can get a Yoursafe Visa Debit card to spend internationally. This would be a lot cheaper :).

RUN!!

RUN!!! They don't even deserve one Star. This bank is ridiculously ridiculous. I'm so frustrated and feeling sick as I'm waiting for my money which I transferred over 11 days ago via ACH which they stated it takes a maximum of 5 days to clear.

I've been ghosted by the so called support team. I've sent endless emails and tried communicating through their live chat but no ine is replying.

Please don't use this bank if you care about your mental and general health or else you'll go crazy, especially if you are not of colour and not in their country.
