Avoid using this service
I am writing this review to warn others about my terrible experience with YourSafe. I initiated a money transfer (ACH transfer to US bank) 12 days ago, and the funds were deducted from my account immediately. However, the recipient never received the money. The transfer simply vanished.
I have tried contacting customer support multiple times regarding this lost transaction, but I am being completely ignored. I have sent emails and filled out contact forms, yet there is total silence on their end, well only robot formal responds that my question was escalated to an appropriate team. Nothing else.
It is unacceptable for a financial service to hold onto client funds and then refuse to communicate. This feels like a scam. Avoid using this service if you don't want to lose your money

My first card was not delivered after 2 months, but they made me another card and I had received it within a week. So I am glad! I am looking forward to make use of the debit card and that I can have great service like this one.

RUN!!! They don't even deserve one Star. This bank is ridiculously ridiculous. I'm so frustrated and feeling sick as I'm waiting for my money which I transferred over 11 days ago via ACH which they stated it takes a maximum of 5 days to clear.
I've been ghosted by the so called support team. I've sent endless emails and tried communicating through their live chat but no ine is replying.
Please don't use this bank if you care about your mental and general health or else you'll go crazy, especially if you are not of colour and not in their country.
