Had no complaints until recently

Had no complaints until recently. Customer service is adequate whenever you have simple issues, but that's all I really needed. The website unfortunately experienced a slew of technical issues last week, and I fell victim to that.

I couldn't withdraw to valid USDT and USDC addresses (the system was telling me they were invalid addresses) so I thought I'd try converting about $570 worth of stable coin to ETH and proceeded to withdraw most to my wallet using the ERC-20 network.

To my horror, during the site's glitching, the system automatically set the withdrawal request to the base network, and my funds were lost. I captured the entire incident and provided screenshots when I replicated the incident with my remaining balance of about $70.

The staff have refused to take any accountability for the site's shortcomings, and attempted to gaslight me into thinking I was the one who'd selected the wrong network even after they'd admitted that others have been complaining of the same issue during those 3 days the site was experiencing issues (really fast turnaround....not). Stay far away from this site. I will be closing my account. It's unfortunate that there's very few crypto wallets for someone residing in Canada (Binance and Gate.io are outlawed), but finding at best a site ran by incompetent people, or at worst a rogue site altogether is no solution.

I realize I'm not going to get my $570 back, they've made it abundantly clear. I'm just trying to warn others of what could happen to them should they withdraw funds whenever the site is glitching.

Worst crypto investment company out…

Worst crypto investment company out here. They took my bitcoin over $242,000. I have filed a claim against them with Datrek Recovery, and would get all my money back in no time. Go to hell!

I have been able to recover a little over $190,000, with their crypto chargeback service. Wait until i get it all back, scums!

I can’t withdraw my money

I can’t withdraw my money, they pretend to tell me the money was transferred to the withdrawal department; I have to pay additional 30% of my earned money (so called tax )to Singapore government to take my earned money out on due date; otherwise my account credit will be reduced. I asked them to deduct 30% of my profits from my accounts; they refused to do it and insisted that I should deposit additional 30% of my profits(earned money); It is clear that platform(at least the service) is scam. I’m going to report it to IC3(FBI in the states). Now I can’t get access to my account; more than $120,000.00 was stolen by bityards.

Asset is frozen

Previously, I was trying to make a partial withdrawal from my account. They claimed that I entered either wrong wallet address or risky address. And to safeguard my asset, they temporarily froze my account. Well, I appreciate this movement. However, I was asked to pay 20% of my assets for a risk guarantee which will be refunded back to me once my account status has been cleared up. I don't understand why they need this much of money. For fund authentication, why can't just we transfer like $100 or maybe max $1000? I have asked around that legitimate crypto exchange platform will never do that. This could be a scam. And I have also made three times of deposits to the exchange, why couldn't they use this to trace back and verify my real identity?

Poor copy trade system

The copy trade system is quite poor, they don't let me copy from the top expert traders leaving me with unprofessional ones, and as a result, I have lost a lot of money already.
