I ordered a pair of shorts that I was very unhappy with. The shorts were not returnable. I reached out to customer service and after I explained the situation to them, they sent me a new pair of shorts and allowed me to keep the shorts that they originally sent. I am very happy with the customer service I received and I will definitely be shopping there again.

I had a great in-store (Grapevine location) experience shopping for baseball lifestyle attire/gear. The selection was impressive—plenty of variety for players and fans alike. As always, the quality of ALL merch is phenomenal! What really stood out, though, was the level of service.
Chris, the manager, truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Luke and Jordan were also fantastic—friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with anything we needed.
It’s not often you find both a strong product selection and a team that genuinely cares about the customer experience. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re into baseball or just looking for quality gear and outstanding service.
Keep it up guys! We already been in twice in less then 30 days. 😊

My Grandson loves the designs and we have ordered about 5 sets (shorts + tee)
The last order for the limited edition NERF set the sizing was not the same as the prior sets. Shorts ran larger even though the same size. And the ice cream USA shirt was a bit smaller then previous shirts of the same size.
I emailed and got a immediate ( likely AI) response. The items are out of stock so replacing or exchanging is not possible. They said sizing can vary ? I would expect better QC from the company and at this price point.

Anyway. June 3rd 2025 I ordered my sons first day of school outfit. On August 1, they finally responded to my email questioning where my order was, and they said that the shorts were out of stock. I received the shirt. & oh my god. The shirt is a men’s small. It literally fits me. I would post the photos, but Yanno. they had no hesitation to stamp a youth medium on it. I JUST NOW tried on the shirt because I realized that the shirt isn’t just a little bit big. It’s freaking huge for my nine-year-old. I don’t trust this company and I think they are running a horrible business. Not to mention the pricing lmao. Mediocre clothing at best.

I purchased shorts and short for my YM kid. I filtered for Y sizes and, he saw a shirt and shorts he liked so he put it in The cart and I checked out. Turns out it was Adult sized SMH. I called the contact number and got an actual human. Nice one too. He emailed me a packing label and a gift card to use in store. Otherwise they charge a fee for full refunds, which is the only thing I’d complain about. Being that we will be buying something, it’s not a big deal in this case. And maybe one day the website can filter more correctly or I can doublecheck what my son adds to cart idk.
