New windows and back door
We had Deo quote for new windows and back door. Our old windows were timber framed and not the usual size. He was extremely helpful discussing different frame styles and openings.
He recommended we hold off replacing our front door until we have finished our house renovation. Which made perfect sense as we still have trades coming and going. This shows as a local company they really focus on customer satisfaction over sales.
We ordered 12 windows and back door and all have been installed and look lovey. The whole process was really easy with great communication throughout. Fitters were again lovely guys and gave advice taking pride in their work.
Site was left clean and tidy we have been really impressed with the service throughout.

First class service
I recently decided to have my double glazed windows replaced and having dealt with Bluemanor previously for some patio doors I asked them back to quote for the job. The sales process was refreshingly low-pressure with no 'if you place an order today ....' offers and a fully documented quotation explaining what was included.
Once I have placed the order, the service team kept me updated on progress and next steps and we picked an installation date which suited both of us including a call the afternoon before to confirm everything was set up and the times of arrival.
The installation itself was first class. The fitters were on time, worked quickly and as cleanly as possible whilst providing a first class finish to the windows. They took time to show me how the windows operate before leaving. I also received a follow-up call from the service team to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction, which it certainly was.
Overall, this was a first-class experience and anyone looking to have windows or doors installed or replaced should certainly consider working with Bluemanor; I have already recommended them to one of my friends who is looking for similar home improvements

I recommend Bluemanor
We had cladding and we are thrilled with it.
Two men came, took old rendering off and prepped the wall ready . Next day a different man came. It rained most of the day, he just carried on working right through it. He is a real ‘old school’ worker. When he finished he cleaned everywhere. He took all the rubble and swept up, all looks better than before he came . The cladding is great, we are super pleased with the whole job .
Everyone so courteous , office staff, surveyor,
Workmen.

Fantastic full conservatory replacement and new windows
We had a full conservatory replacement turning this into a proper habitable extension utilising existing foundations. Bluemanor took care of everything, from initial computer images, dismantling old conservatory, building the new extension and dealing with the building control. The builders were great, on time every day, polite and left everything spotless. Everything was done in a short space of time considering the work involved. 10/10, would 100% recommend. We have also used blue manor for a whole house of brand new acoustic faux sash windows, and they were brilliant for this as well.

8 months and 3 doors to get a door that worked. And the DIRECTOR blamed us. I'd have given 0/5 if it was an option. They drove us to the edge. Avoid at all costs.

We are sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with our service. However, we do not agree with your account of the events.
Your initial report was that the door was not locking correctly. Our engineer attended promptly, and the fault was reported to our manufacturers. This was reported to the supplier, and their procedures were followed. Following the supplier’s inspection, the door was confirmed to be within tolerance and functioning correctly. A report was provided advising that no further action was to be taken. Despite this, we sided with you, our customer, and pushed for a replacement under the guarantee, which was approved at our insistence.
Following the installation of a replacement door, you contacted us 4 days after to report the same issue. When we attended, there was no permanent sign of an issue with your door. When concerns continued, our team attended on multiple occasions but found no ongoing faults. Both our supplier and manufacturer concluded that the issue related to the incorrect operation of the handle, although this was discussed with you, you were adamant that the correct operation was being followed. However, as a goodwill gesture and to resolve the matter once and for all, we offered a second replacement at our own cost — an upgraded, higher-value door that was not covered by the guarantee.
The new door replacement was ordered directly from the manufacturer, which extended the delivery time to 9 weeks. You were kept informed up until point of delivery. During this time, we did not receive any report from you of any issues with your original door. The last reporting of the door not operating correctly was 5 months prior to this.
You raised concerns about younger children and yourselves being locked out. We provided you with a direct, out-of-hours telephone number to ensure your peace of mind. This number was never called during the entirety of this process.
The replacement door was supplied and installed at no cost to you. A subsequent request for compensation was declined, as we had already gone beyond our contractual and guarantee obligations.
As a family-run business, we have gone beyond the terms of our guarantee by replacing the door with a new design and a significantly higher-value door set. It is important to note that issues can happen throughout the installation and during the 10-year guarantee presented to our customers. As a local and family-run business, we pride ourselves on our after-sales service and our handling of complaints related to quality issues of our products and in finding a fair resolution for all parties.
We would be curious to know what further measures might have satisfied you, considering the extensive steps we have already taken, including multiple replacements and a higher-value upgrade at no cost to you - it is our belief that this review may have been largely influenced by the absence/refusal of monetary compensation.
Since receiving the original door back, we have yet to find a fault.

Top quality window installation by Bluemanor
We had our windows replaced by Bluemanor, and I was extremely impressed by the customer experience, the quality of advice given as to available options and the quality and efficiency of the whole installation. This was top class. The showroom is really good to see all options and Deo showed the final choices in an excellent computer simulation of the final installation. We were extremely happy with the work by Anthony and Austin to install the windows. Their work quality was really outstanding and they left the house looking very tidy each evening.

There when I needed them most
Having used Bluemanor for my windows and doors some five or so years ago, I noticed that one of the doors was not closing correctly and was worried as I was due to go away a few days later. Whilst I knew I had guarantees, I have always found companies reluctant to fix things within the guarantee in the past. I called Bluemanor and was honestly blown away by how helpful and accommodating they were, nothing was too much of a problem. Within 48 hours, somebody had visited me and put the door right again all within the guarantee and nothing to pay. This company really were there for me and fulfilled the promises they made to me all those years ago when I chose to use them. Superior service!
