I approached Bluepark about transferring my already established website of 19 years to them from EKM, who seemed to have out priced themselves and a lack customer service . That's the best move I could have ever done, but only wished I had have done a couple of years sooner! The Bluepark staff that I have dealt with,( Roger and Lisa) are friendly, knowledgeable and patient. There were things I knew little about to get the transfer possible and Roger helped ( ..above and beyond) it all switch over relatively smoothly. Its so reassuring that there's someone at the end of the phone line within a couple of rings that can and will deal with any problems that you may encounter and they both have reassuring voices to help through the process. I've been so used to hearing 'oh yeah, there's a bug, we'll give you a ticket and the EKM backroom staff will try and resolve your issue/ticket sometime'
This website looks and feels easier than my old existing one, the functionality and editing is so much better and so much quicker too. I had a little tear in my eye when it did go live on this new platform and looked so professional. I would thoroughly recommend Bluepark to anyone who is thinking of building a website with Blueparks templates or like in my case, transferring from another host.

Honestly, I thought companies with the human touch didn’t exist anymore. Moving over to Bluepark from another UK provider and speaking to people that get the job done has been a breath of fresh air. Every time I’ve needed help, I’ve had a proper person who actually listens, understands the problem quickly, and sorts it — no script-reading, no being passed about, and no “computer says no”.
The platform itself is solid and built for real businesses, but it’s the support that’s the standout: fast replies, clear answers, and they genuinely go the extra mile to get you over the line. Migrating a long-established site could’ve been a headache, but Bluepark have made it feel straightforward and manageable.
If you’re fed up being treated like a ticket number, I can’t recommend Bluepark enough. Five stars — and well deserved.

Very good website builder, easy to use and with help a email or phone call away. If your looking to link to eBay you need to consider, Linking is easy but not a lot of option, If you already have listing on eBay it will change things you do not want changed, The eBay sync needs updates, needs
1, option on what to link which can be changed ie, Title, Description, Item specifics, Price and stock
2, Ability to import listing directly to Bluepark from eBay, spread sheets are outdated. Most sellers start on eBay then more to a website. Would recommend a full copy of your eBay listing before you sync it with this website so you can change it back.
For making a listing on blue park first then sending it to eBay I can not comment as have not needed to do this. overall a good system.

We've been using Bluepark for about 5 years and it's been a great, reliable platform. We're achieving high 6-figure sales, so it's important to have something we can trust. On the rare occasions we do have a problem, it's sorted REALLY quickly. Which brings me on to the other great thing about Bluepark - the service. The last thing any of us need is to be sat in a queue listening to 'on-hold music' that makes you want to chew out your own spleen. With Bluepark, we've never waited around - service is quick and effective. Agents actually KNOW the platform inside out and can more often than not sort any issue for you there and then. They call you back when they say they'll call you back and they email you when they say they'll email you. It's the kind of service that is sadly all too rare these days. In five years we've never had any cause to complain - the whole experience has been consistently excellent. This company wants to say they are paying you for your services when in fact they are paying you with your own money that you have to deposit to move on through this scam of a job. Outstanding customer service. Call staff only take calls during office hours might seem a miner negative but they answer quickly and are well informed. No endless AI phone line queues or reeding from answer cards. Amazing! Website runs fast and loads quickly. Themes are nice clean designs and easy to modify. There is no built in AI for content creation and that might be a good thing. For new customers some standard basic templates for the various policies you may need to have a commerce website site would be helpful. Privacy, terms and conditions etc are daunting to do with out some guidance, so a few basic templates to build upon, would be helpful. Templates for things like FAQs and Delivery pages would also be welcome.
Products can be imported by CSV file but support for XLS (MS excel) would be great.

I have been using Bluepark Ecommerce for around five years. I switched an established e-commerce retailer to their e-commerce platform. Moving an established e-commerce retailer to a new platform can be a concern. However the switch over was seamless with great on-boarding assistance. Moving forward the service over the years has been excellent and with the new Bluepark V2 software their website visual and build has become even better. For the monthly costs the package is excellent value and highly recommended.

As a non-teckie, enquiries to Bluepark for guidance and information has always been responded to quickly and the information delivered in a manner in which I was able to understand.
Which is greatly appreciated. It saves me time in not having to research various points of intrest, which I sometimes think may be relevant to my progress.
But it has to be said some of my queries, have not always been easy or relevant, but they have always been met with patience and good grace on Blueparks side. Long may it continue.

We have been with Bluepark since 2007 and use the enterprise package as we have alot of inventory within our business, however, we realised back in September that we really needed to make the switch to the new V2 templates to update our website and give our customers a better shopping experience. The whole idea of doing this was daunting because we are older business owners and had limited knowledge of HTML.
But, WOW, the support from Bluepark was absolutely amazing. Lisa is a star, she helped us through every step of the way, never once making us feel like we were being a pain even though we probably asked the same questions over and over because our brains wouldn't take it in. Lisa not only fixed any issues we had, but she talked us through them teaching us things we never thought we would know, we honestly can not thank her enough for her time and expertise.
We love the way our site runs and looks and we could not have done this without their help, we really would recommend bluepark to anyone looking for a great e-commerce team. Thanks so much

Excellent company.
We had an issue with our email client, "self inflicted" Blue-Park was quick to identify the issue, and kindly resolved this for us.
They also noticed we was on there v1 themes and advised us to switch over to there new v2 designs, this will be implemented soon, with the help of Blue-Park.
We have been a client of Blue-Park for 4 years or so, it has been a pleasure and intend to continue with Blue-Park for many more years.
Pricing is excellent value with an exceptional customer service base, whom you to can speak to right here in the UK.
I would like to see a configurator and AI added to Blue-Park, not only will they be greatly beneficial to Blue-Parks client base, I believe it will greatly enhance Blue-Park,
AI will help with product content writing etc.
Configurator will help with products that have multiple variations changes to a product, allowing ecommerce customers to see a live view of the variations they have chosen to the product.
Overall an excellent company, we highly recommend.
