This product is a waste of time and money. First I bought their Blue Connect Go.And discovered that essentially I had bought an electronic version of a test strip. Instead of letting me continually monitor the water quality, I have to request a reading via the app.
Then I discovered that they had a subscription app. So I got that in the hope that it would let me automate the process and get some sort of regular reading... But, no go.

So maybe it was because it wasn't connected to their network, (it uses some rare low power signal called Sigfox) So I bought a connector between their device and my wifi called a blue extender wifi bridge.

Still a no-go. In fact I have no Idea what benefit I get from their subscription nor the Wi-Fi thingie.

The only person I'd recommend this device to is someone I really really dislike.

I really love my Blue Connect, the device is reliable works well if you take care of it and the support is on point.

The product is a money pit. My last two batteries lasted less than a year. You need to buy parts and calibration kits that don't work, and the company is absolutely useless. The app tells you it is not working, so it is useless, but all they say is it looks good on their end. How does that help me? It still doesn't work on my end.

Very bad service, expensive product absolutely not worth the money. ICO from Ondilo is way better!
