Blurpath Sold Me Bad IPs — Then Charged 25% to Refund Me
UPDATE: Blurpath’s reply below does not reflect what actually happened.
I paid $5/month for what Blurpath advertised as a native static residential IP. Your team gave me multiple IPs that were already flagged as bad, hosting/datacenter, or blacklisted by independent databases. I spent nearly an hour helping your support team test replacement after replacement, and not a single one met the quality advertised.
Calling those “verified solutions” is misleading.
You first refused my refund, then offered one only after deducting a ridiculous 25% “processing fee.” If you cannot provide the service you sold, you should not be making money from the customer’s refund.
I do not want more replacements, troubleshooting, or “alternative options.” I want a full refund.
Please process it as soon as possible. If I do not receive it, I will continue sharing my documented experience so other customers know exactly what to expect before buying from Blurpath.
