We have been using Bob for years and he never fails to amaze us with his exceptional knowledge with all things relating to computers. He has been in the business over 30 years and has more hands on experience fixing computers than most modern day computer techs have lived. He is friendly, helpful, always on time, nothing is too hard for him to figure out quickly and his charges are very fair and reasonable. He has just helped us with a new computer changeover due to many problems we have been experiencing with Windows 10 as that systems support is fading quickly. We could not be happier with Robert's work and the results we get every time we have a problem and call him. If you allowed more than 5 stars we would give him top marks for his professional expertise and efficiency. If you need computer help I would put him on top of your list.
