Impossible to reach the customer service and Bad shipment to France

I have faced 2 problems with body and fit france.

First one which I faced is the delivery method and the transporter used by Body and fit. Last time I ordered,I entered the same address I use since 2021 but the package got lost, they manage to hire the worst transporter in France and it is 2 weeks now and I did not get the order.

Second problem is that they do not have a way of contacting them, I call the phone number and I get an automatic response that it is not possible any more to contact via telephone and I should fill a form on the site. The problem is this alleged form does not exist, even the link "Complaints" or "Plaintes" redirects to a very different page.

I will stop ordering on this site.

be wary of colis privé if you’re based in france

Good product, but had to battle with their French Delivery service.

B&F customer service was nice and understanding

Not trustworthy

Ordered for 160 euros. Shipment FRBE81385472 never arrived and was returned to them due to their mistake. Never got reimbursed. Customer service totally incompetent. They keep saying they have two weeks to reimburse one month later nothing and they don’t answer anymore.
It is clear from the answers to the numerous negative feedback here below that you should not expect much support in case something goes wrong with the order.

Impossible to return an order to them

Impossible to return an order to them. Once you initiate the process, they get you stuck and it was impossible for me to get the return voucher from them to send back the order.
Probably they value the customers who only spend money, not the ones who are not happy with the products and want to return products.
Impossible to join a person on the phone. The waiting goes on and on, then they hang up.

Very unprofessional company and bad quality products and service. Stay away!
