Impossible to reach the customer service and Bad shipment to France
I have faced 2 problems with body and fit france.
First one which I faced is the delivery method and the transporter used by Body and fit. Last time I ordered,I entered the same address I use since 2021 but the package got lost, they manage to hire the worst transporter in France and it is 2 weeks now and I did not get the order.
Second problem is that they do not have a way of contacting them, I call the phone number and I get an automatic response that it is not possible any more to contact via telephone and I should fill a form on the site. The problem is this alleged form does not exist, even the link "Complaints" or "Plaintes" redirects to a very different page.
I will stop ordering on this site.
