I contacted BodyMod using WhatsApp to ask what they could do for me as a gem unfortunately had fallen out of that particular style of jewellery.
They responded very quickly, they educated me on how that style can have the gem loosen with pressure, and to top it all off, gave me the options on what they can offer me, store credit with the amount I paid to spend across the site, a return, a refund, or they can send me a new one.
I decided to be sent a new one and they were absolutely lovely, it can be such a hassle to send items out when theres an issue with a product and they did not hesitate to help me, thank you very much Jason! Absolutely fab customer service!

I saw some really beautiful piercings…delivery service
I saw some really beautiful piercings but my package just isn’t coming! I ordered on the 26th of October and today its the 4th of November, I just want my piercing but I still have to wait :( My package was in Germany for a few days which means more than 3!

Have ordered through this site before and love this company, my products were perfect as usual. I recommend this site to so many people. Shipping was a little slower than usual this time but was able to contact their customer support and spoke with a Jason, he was incredibly helpful, great communication with quick replies, very professional. Very comforting to know that they were able to keep track of my package and inform me of its whereabouts and delays.

Bodymod is a pretty great store, offering a wide selection of styles and colors for various piercings. Whenever I struggle finding something specific even after scrolling through other stores, it's often likely I find what I need on their page. I've already ordered from them quite a few times and I'd say I'm quite satisfied with the order details and shipment time, never having had any issues except for once. Yet even then they were quick to contact me that something was wrong with my order and ways to solve it.
