They took the payment and simply didn't deliver the order. I had to actively correspond with them for three days to at least get a refund. They responded by suggesting "waiting another day for delivery." I wonder how they saw this with a subscription.

Erg karige inhoud van de eenmalige gemaksbox, zelfde producten bij de AH kwam ik op €27. Je betaald dus ruim 30€ extra. Recepten zijn ook slecht en erg smakeloos. Op de afbeelding staan allerlei ingrediënten die absoluut niet in de box zitten.

The single-use convenience box is very poor. The same products at Albert Heijn cost me €27. So, you're paying over €30 extra. The recipes are also poor and very tasteless. The picture shows all sorts of ingredients that are definitely not in the box.

Every week different offers of vegetables accompanied by receipts, it's almost a year that I subscribed and I never cooked so many different things, almost all tasty

We enjoy the whole experience, collecting the box each week from the lovely team themselves in Oosterhout (thanks Robin!), and the produce is often bio which we also love. Feels like we do something good for the community as well as our own bodies.

Interesting concept and I so wanted this to work. But as soon as I received the email with the actual content- I wanted to cancel as it was too different and lacking some of the ingredients which had been the reason I registered. Was assured by the customer service assistant I would get everything and there had been an error in the email. But in actual fact - received not very fresh products that were lacking what I had already complained about. Should have trusted my instincts but wanted to believe in it. Zero point, and cancelling right away.
