they tried to rearrange for the 23rd june but i said i was not happy and told them what i thought of them, to cut things short they said ok the 2nd june so i excepted that date.
i have just been on to them for conformation they are coming today but they said no the 23rd june, i told them they told me today 2nd june but they are not having it, so i have stayed in again to no advail.
IF ANYONE READS THIS KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE WORSE THAN RUBBISH,

Arranged for a boiler replacement they have already serviced the boiler in the past but now have to have an assessment which they wanted to at the property arranged a time but unforrunately because not all caller takers are english some of their conversation is not clear and after waiting for 45 mins I had to check when they would arrive yo be told its a video link which was not mentioned the day before howeverI then arranged a time for a visual call and 2 mins later get a call to say its not suitable but neededall the security checks again absolutely rediculous actiond now sorry requested to have them for a new boiler
Well having contacted them fir an Idea on an ETA with the comment we will get back to you this is at 9.30 and 2 and1/2 hours letter no contact but are due between 1 and 6 as previously arranged the Customer Service is dia
Avoid at all cost
Oh my gosh. I have just read the first few reviews and they absolutely reflect my experience. I have been with them for 3 years and didn’t receive a boiler service last year because of ‘covid’ This year they were 4 months late fitting me in for a service.
When the engineer arrived he immediately gave me a leaflet for a new boiler and when I queried it, he told me I should think about replacing it! After he had finished he told me there were 2 faults and it would cost over £600 for the repair. When I asked why they weren’t covered under the policy, he told me it was because it was remedial work and if I didn’t have it carried out, my policy would be null and void if I had to call them out.
I cancelled my policy and went with British Gas homecare who came and serviced my boiler. There were no problems weirdly! When I told the engineer what the 24/7 guy had told me he laughed and said that one of the problems couldn’t have happened as I didn’t even have that part! I felt scammed and I hope this review puts anyone off going with this appalling company.

I have taken two policies with 24/7 and have phoned them twice not to claim but just to change DD date etc. it’s very concerning that each time they keep on trying to sell you a new boiler even when you tell them the one you have is only 4 yrs old!!!! Not good. It worries me as when they come to service the boilers will they do all they can to condemn the current ones! I think the management needs to get this under control as other reviews are of a similar nature. Management can contact me if the wish on 07592153460.
Do not take out a policy with 24/7
My insurance covers an annual service for my boiler but I didn't get one last year and I am having trouble booking one for this year. I will cancel my policy and go with British Gas.

OMG OMG OMG
OMG OMG OMG, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. When we took out a care and repair policy the reviews were good. We had a problem with the boiler and it was due for a service, engineer came and noticed pressure was very high on the boiler. He didn't know what could be causing this but he did notice we have a water pressure regulator for the shower. He then claimed that our water pressure was too high, WHICH IT ISN'T, he didn't even test it, the boiler is a model that can take up to 10bar. He did the service and went away saying he had changed a part, but he has not fixed the problem
We cannot get another engineer as the idiot we had mentioned the water pressure on his report. We have had to have an independent report which says the water pressure is not the problem but still 24/7 refuse to send an engineer. I will be taking my complaints as far as I can to get competition from this company. Now having to pay Worcester to come and fix it.

So I called 24-7 too get these two faults replaced and the agent advised me that as it was an underlying problem it's not covered and I would have to pay £238.00 to get this fixed .

I have been with this outfit for over 2 years and always felt they were good but unfortunately this time they have failed miserabley I have no hot water snd no heating just moved in my new house and was struggling for 2days thought the cover was in the title 24/7 could call till next day with no fixed time I work for the Nhs with a 12 shift each and cant get the help I pay for
Absolutely appalling service...do not go near!
Absolutely appalling! We had a boiler problem and were told the emergency team would get back to us in under an hour, they didn't. The hold on time was so long we got a different engineer in.
3 days later I rang to ask why nobody came back to us to be told our call out hadn't been logged. I have now complained. Another annoying point is that the call centres are obviously based somewhere in Asia and it is very difficult to understand what is being said. You have been warned!

I recommend to steer well clear of this company. They charge an exorbitant rate per half hour and dragged out a job for 7.5 hours whilst the water was draining and the technician sat in his car smoking. The original estimate was 2.5 hours and was only changed after we waited a week with 3 kids and no heat and he turned up with the parts. He said would we like to call a fixed rate plumber if the new estimate of 6 hours was too long? Obviously we needed him to do it there and then at that point and he charged us for 8.5 hours most of which was him doing nothing in his car. He then sent 10 minutes writing an invoice which he charged us an extra half hour for too. When we disputed the invoice he said he could go down (whilst our three kids were sleeping) and take the parts out again. probably not his fault personally as he has to toe the company line but cant imagine 247 get much repeat business. Cowboys.

Engineer called to repair boiler all seemed good to start with. However Fault is still evident and leaking. Before we noticed it was still leaking we had a call asking for trustpilot feedback through a link. We completed this then noticed the problem still exsisted and changed the feedback accordingly. We have requested they come back and sort the problem after 2 calls we have not got a response. We went to change the trustpilot link and this has been removed

I agree with the last review. Exactly the same as stated. Cancelled several appointments last minute with appalling excuses. State they will call back and never do. Customer Services is a shambles. I would have given a 0 star rating if I could. 100% would not recommend.

I've been with 24/7 for a number of years.They started out as reasonably reliable,and would eventually carry out a boiler service after their engineers cancelled several appointments.(This was during the first 2 years of my contract with them).Last year they increased my premium significantly for the same service.I checked the cost on their website and found that I was going to be charged approximately twice what they were charging new customers.I contacted 24/7 and they realised that they'd been 'caught out' and reduced my monthly premium.Trying to get a boiler service from them (as part of my contract) has been an ongoing nightmare since October 2020.They have cancelled 5 or 6 appointments since January 2021(sometimes with only a few hours notice).Each time there was a service visit booked,someone would be waiting for them at the property and the engineer didn't show up.SIX cancellations and each time someone took time off off work to meet them ! The customer service is woefully inadequate.The only thing that 24/7 seem concerned about is taking a customers premium and then NOT providing a service.A TOTALLY useless company,so please avoid them like the plague.BTW,since I've recently cancelled my payments to them they've been ringing me every day to try to get me back as a customer.NOT A CHANCE..
