I have used Boilersrus for over twenty years and in that time they have fitted and serviced my boiler and come out to identify and repair faults along the way. They are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional.
Recently, my boiler began leaking when the heat came on. They came the day after I rang and identified the problem. A price for part and labour was given that day and within a week - due to my availability - the job was done within an hour of arrival. Yet again Boilersrus have come to my assistance and yet again I am very happy with their excellent service.

Absolutely delighted with the service! The office team, the surveyor, and Dean — who installed and relocated our new boiler from the garage to the loft — were exceptional. Dean was professional, tidy, and worked nonstop with minimal disruption. I really appreciated the thought and care he put into designing the pipework layout to keep it as neat and unobtrusive as possible. He also took the time to show us how everything works and fitted a pressure adaptor next to our Hive, so if the pressure ever drops, we won’t need to go into the loft. British Gas quoted twice the labour and over £3k more, but Dean completed the job alone in two days without the extras they said were needed. I’ll definitely use this lovely family-run business again and highly recommend them!

Engineer came today, very professional and friendly, Have used them for years and will continue to do so.

Great local company. Used them to service a boiler and hot water cylinder. The engineer turned up on time, was polite, tidy (shoes removed without having to ask!), and did a great job. Helpful shop as well (answers emails and calls very promptly). Will be my new go-to place for all things heating. Thanks.

Having had several estimates for a boiler replacement from a few companies, I decided to go with Boilers r us mainly because of the good reviews I’d read and the fact they were local.
I was not disappointed. Dean arrived promptly at 8.00am laid dust sheets down and started on the job.
Boiler fitted and ready to go just after 1pm. I’m well pleased with the result and glad I read those reviews.

As with every other time Boilers R Us have helped us out, every member of the team has been a delight to work with. Booking a visit is easy and actually very pleasant. Everyone is understanding, helpful and offer great and honest advice. The technician support is no less great. Professional, efficient, effective and straightforward. Couldn't ask for more and wouldn't want to work with anyone else.

The engineer arrived on time and was very efficient and pleasant.

Dave arrived as expected. He asked if I had any problems, to which I said no, and he started to check all the parts of the boiler, including the outside overflow. He was happy that everything appeared ok, I paid him and am confident that I should have a problem free winter. If I need them to check on something later I know they will always arrive as soon as possible. BoilersRUs are great!

Pleasant, polite and helpful attention from the people in the office when we made our original enquiries followed by efficient job by Dean who fitted our new boiler. He turned up on time, worked very hard, was very pleasant and polite and left everything clean and tidy.

They called me about a fortnight before the service was due (not forgetting a failure to service breaks the boiler's warranty) and Paul, their engineer, called when he about 10 minutes away. The service was completed efficiently and tidily. Paul asked to sign the service booklet before I had given it to him. He had installed a magnetic water softener a few years ago which is still performing optimally.

Boilers R Us updated our 30 year boiler system a couple of years ago and has serviced it each year since. This summer we had the system power flushed for the first time in all those years. Every interaction has been professional, friendly and competent and their rates have always been very fair. I would, and have, refer them to anyone.

We have a service plan in place and they contact us every year to remind us to book a service. Very easy to contact and the engineer arrives on time and does a thorough inspection. Would willingly recommend Boilers R Us

Great experience from beginning to end. My old boiler needed replacing and after phoning the Welling Branch I was visited and quoted the same day. The ladies in the office were really helpful and gave me a very fair deal. Two days later the boiler was fitted by Dave who did an excellent job with minimum disruption and was very professional. I’d previously used Boilers R Us for my father in law and would definitely use them again.

I'm very happy with the work the engineer did when servicing my boiler. He simply got on with the job without needing me to supervise in any way.

I also appreciated the detailed invoice and paperwork e.mailed to me the day after and the fact that I could pay by card (the engineers carry a card machine) was very convenient.

The engineer was running late according to the time expected, but I did receive a phone call from him a little after the given timeframe letting me know when he'd be arriving. I've chosen not to reduce my 5 star rating because of this due to the professionalism of the engineer's actual work. Thank you Boilers R Us.

Recently called Boilersrus out as my boiler stopped working, carried out a repair at a reasonable price. Very grateful for the quick service and friendly engineers. I also went into the Welling branch, it was so lovely to see all women working in the office, all so friendly. Excellent family run business. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge.
