Disappointed with @BombayShavingCo. Ordered 15 items on Aug 19, but received a partial delivery of only 6 items. They created a new shipment (Order ID: BSC2003672591) for the remaining 9 items on Aug 22, but there has been zero progress or updates since. Unsatisfactory customer service and delivery fulfillment. I ordered from them last year. The order got delayed for a month. I then received 2 trimmers instead of one. And they withheld the rest of my order (2 perfumes) saying that I'd have to return the second trimmer (which I was always going to! I didn't even remove it from the box)

And after the return pickup was done, they STILL said that "the return has to successfully reach us".

This was the worst customer support experience I'd ever had.

To add to it, I had to claim warranty on the trimmer last month. There's a 2 year warranty and the claim process was made to be purposefully difficult to complete.
First they asked an email with videos, which I complied with happily. Every response was delayed by 24 hours.
Then they sent a multi-page Google Form where I was expected to enter the FULL DETAILS AGAIN! And upload videos individually.

I surrendered my war for my rights after this. It wasn't worth it for a ₹1k trimmer

I am extremely disappointed with your service. My exchange request was cancelled without my consent, even though the issue was genuine.
I had ordered two items, but one item was never delivered. Instead of resolving the missing product issue, you simply cancelled my exchange request. This is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on your customer service.
I have already submitted all the required details and attached the necessary proof. I expect you to:
Deliver the missing product immediately, or
Provide a full refund for the missing item without any further delay.
Cancelling a valid request without resolving the issue is unfair to customers and damages your company's reputation. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the complaint through consumer protection platforms and share my experience publicly.
I expect a satisfactory resolution and a confirmation that such incidents will not happen again.

Dear Customer Support & Nodal Officer,

I am writing to register a strong complaint regarding my recent order delivered via Delhivery Surface (AWB/Tracking No: 5001240491952) on 25th July 2026.

The delivery box was received in a damaged/tampered condition (as shown in attached images). Upon opening the package, I found that several items from my order are completely missing, despite full payment of ₹986.00 having already been made.

Ordered Bam Bam Amber 20ml perfume from Bombay Shaving Company. The scent was completely different from what was advertised — nothing like the warm amber notes marketed on their website. It smells sharp and artificial.
When I reached out to customer support for an exchange or refund, they simply said "fragrance preference is personal" and refused to help. No exchange, no refund, nothing.
The product description is misleading and the after-sales support is disappointing. Would not recommend buying fragrances from them if you expect any accountability.

My experience with Bombay Shaving Company has been extremely disappointing.

I placed an order for a trimmer on 17th April, and even as of 23rd April, I have still not received my order. What makes it worse is that the company keeps asking me to “wait another 24 hours” without providing any clear update or solution.

Over the past 2 days, I have sent multiple emails and also contacted customer support twice. Unfortunately, every time I receive the same response — just wait. There has been absolutely no effort to resolve the issue or take any meaningful action.

I have ordered from many platforms before, but this has been by far the worst experience. Not only is the delivery delayed, but the customer support is completely unhelpful and unable to provide any resolution.

This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would never recommend anyone to purchase from here, and I strongly advise others to avoid buying from this company.

I ordered the hair trimmer, the blade and attachments are better compared to other brands in this space. The sleek and handy design gives a better control.

"I ordered 9 skincare products worth ₹503 under their ₹18 scheme. Instead of skincare products, I received 15 small perfume bottles — completely wrong items. When I requested a return, they asked for an unboxing video. I have already filed a complaint on the National Consumer Forum (Ticket #[486113]). This is a deliberate fraud — they lure customers with cheap schemes and send wrong products making returns difficult. Beware of their ₹18 schemes — complete cheating!"

Their product specially hair removal spray is not a good product using only 2-3 times and the spray bottle get stuck. No Customer help from them
