Most or half of the answers are wrong ing VR and NVR and when i did a maths mock test, it gave me 10 seconds ( not even joking) to finish and i got 0%

It is the worst educational website I have used!! Difficult to find out the answers for the questions that have done wrong in mock test even for techno savvy people!!! Sort it out before you ask many private schools to use this system.

The online version can be confusing for kids as sometimes the answers are wrong. Answer could be option E and the marking text will say it's a but you can tell from the explanation that they meant E. Sometimes the logic in the explanation for VR and NVR is also wrong and does not make sense.

This is why I would be stopping the subscription. We didn't have this experience with the hard copy books.

AVOID!! It's a scam to make money. I cancelled my subscription the day before payment was due. Unfortunately they still charged me but I could no longer use the account. I made the payment for nothing. I tried to contact customer service through email but never received any reply. Need to either empty my bank account or asked bank to cancel it as I'm worried that they will continue to charge me.

I signed up for Bond Online 11+ like last month, and I have to say, it really has made and improvement in my learning abilities and knowledge. But one thing that I dont like is that when i try to log in, it says my password or username is wrong. And when I put my parents email in, it still does not work. To the point where I have to send them and email to reset my password. I really do reccomend that you add Literacy and Numeracy because im not doing very well in either of those. But apart from those two issues, this is a good website if you're preparing for 11+ and trying to get into an advanced school like Bluecoat.

I signed up for a free trial. After using the platform for one hour that day, I went back to it and my account was not valid. I attempted logging in on several days after that unsuccessfully. I assumed it was a technical issue. 7 days later I was charged for the first month. I have been emailing the company back and forth since then. That was almost a month ago. Their customer service and the way they dealt with my complaint is appalling. Instead of trying to find a way to keep me as a customer, they were blaming me. They blamed me for contacting them (Century Tech) after having contacted Oxford University Press, when in truth I used the 'contact us' form from the website and my grievance was directed to Oxford Press. Until then I had no idea that you could enrol from two companies. Each time, it took them a maximum of 4 days to get back to me. In the end I contacted my bank to block any further payments being taken out of my account. What an absolute waste of time!

Paid monthly subscription on 21st Jan and only wanted to try for a month so I submitted a cancellation request on 24th in case they did payment for following month. Instead they cancel my service on 1st Feb so I only had a week of service. Contact them but could not resolve now I'm trying to get my money back from bank.

Bond provide excellent 11+ resources and have helped my son to succeed in his exams.

I took out a monthly subscription to Bond 11+ for the online testing system and let it run for two months. The short tests and and longer mock exams were all excellent and proved instrumental in building skills and in measuring what needed work. The ability to tell my daughter 'Go and do three verbal reasoning tests in the weakest areas' was extremely useful, and then the automatic marking and good explanations meant that discussion after the tests was easily tackled.

After a while, you do notice some of the same questions coming around again, but this was no big deal given the ease of use and low monthly price.

I would highly recommend Bond 11+, but would suggest doing occasional months mixed in with other resources.
