I made my order not trusting if I'll ever get my package as Canada post is still on strike and the amount of negative comments here. My order was placed on the 11, I just received it today the 13th. I notice lot of ppl complaining are in USA, here in Canada seems pretty straight forward and fast.

Ordered product on a Tuesday and received my order on Wednesday, Toronto to Ottawa. Well packed, shipped via UPS with tracking. Highly recommend.

Shipping is terrible. No tracking available just random generic nonsense to make you think it’s being shipped properly. I highly recommend looking elsewhere. It’s been two weeks and the customer service is just automated garbage that’s not even worth reading

it took 1 year and 2 months for my 150$ bong to show up.

i was waiting for it i ended up accepting it wasn’t coming but it came, super late. it was not good quality even. don’t put in any of ur info on the website

Well built thick glass at a reasonable price. Didn’t choose the express shipping offer so took about a week to arrive.

Recieved my delivery within two days. Product is as expected. Would recommend.

I have been waiting for my shipment for 3 days now after tracking said it was out for delivery. I had to call UPS 3 times - with no solution and I can't even REACH bong outlet. No one answers the chat. when I call their mailbox is full. And I have emailed them with NO ANSWER. I am out my money and my package. And still no one has reached out to me. $74.01 wasted. No money - no bongs

This company is sketchy. I ordered 4 pipes and one of them came formed incorrectly so when you sit it down the hole you load is sideways, it isn't usable. I sent pics and explanation and they are saying they will not replace it as they do not consider it defective. They keep sending me a new "deal" on future purchases, I just want what I ordered . Their responses are that of a company that is sketchy and they won't answer simple policy questions via their instant message and email. I don't feel they are a trustworthy company. I dealt with the bongoutlet.ca location but have learned that the .ca and .com are one and the same company.

I purchased a glass bong that I was super excited about. The price was on the cheaper side of $50, so I was a big skeptical. Just days after I received the item, it broke and shattered upon placing it on the counter (where it always goes). I have never had any bong break at the base like the one did. After reaching out to customer service and providing a picture of the broken bong on my kitchen counter, I was refused a replacement or refund. I have tried to post a review on the site, but I suspect that with only 2 "positive" ratings that these reviews are filtered and/or fake. Whether the product was of low quality or defective, the customer service and "policy" is very poor and unfair. Would give zero stars if possible.

Ordered a piece worth 100$ waited a month and a half for the order and it never arrived, no shipping details from Canada post either...frustrating to say the least so had to get a refund. Guess I'll shop elsewhere

Canadian company which only ships ground delivery that must pass United States Customs; the results are indefinitely delays, no tracking system and zero assistance or interest by the U.S. government or Bong Outlet. Item has not be sorted, tracked or moved for 18+ days and waiting. America Buy Local!!!
