The purchase process

The purchase process, the delivery process and the products were positive. We bought a sofa and a sofa table and during the whole period BOAA has been very attentive. The sofa was very easy to assemble and seems according to expectations (it's new).

We visited BOOA on June 7th on a Sunday…

We visited BOOA on June 7th on a Sunday and ended up buying so many more pieces of furniture than intended because of the great support and help we received from sales assistant Louise, she found solutions and was so patient with us we highly recommend her and will always come back to Booa because of her!

What a terrible experience

What a terrible experience! This company is so disorganised. First, they delivered my dining chairs wrong, and it took them two weeks to swap them out after I made multiple calls. Then, I was supposed to have my sofa delivered to the sit's and Sleep's warehouse by week 21, but they still have no idea when it will arrive at Sit's Sleep. So, there's no clear date when I'll have it at home. Their response is, 'I don't know when we might be able to get this to you,' which is insane and frustrating.

Sikke en forfærdelig oplevelse! Dette firma er så uorganiseret. Først leverede de mine spisestuestole forkert, og det tog dem to uger at bytte dem efter jeg havde foretaget flere opkald. Derefter skulle jeg have fået min sofa leveret i uge 21, men de har stadig ingen idé om, hvornår den ankommer til Sit's Sleep. Så der er ingen klar dato for, hvornår jeg får den hjem. Deres svar er: "Jeg ved ikke, hvornår vi kan levere den til dig," hvilket er vanvittigt og frustrerende.

Worst delivery, helpful customer service

I recently bought a sofa from sit and sleep and paid for delivery. When the delivery team arrived, they couldn't fit the sofa through the entrance and only brought in the smaller half, leaving the larger part on the street. They told me I was "lucky" they even tried to bring in the smaller piece. They mentioned that the delivery paperwork required "easy access," but no one asked us about our entrance or measurements beforehand.

To make matters worse, they said if the sofa didn't fit, we'd have to pay for the return delivery too. In the end, my boyfriend and a friend managed to bring the entire sofa inside in just five minutes.

When we called the company to complain, they were very understanding and offered to refund half of the delivery fee, which seemed fair since only half the job was done by their team.

While the customer service was helpful in resolving the issue, the delivery experience was disappointing and stressful.

I purchased a beautiful sideboard on sale.
I was contacted immediately by the custumer service to agree on the delivery date.
The delivery was punctual and directly in my apartment.
I am very happy about the service and the product.
I really reccommend purchasing here!

BEDST SERVICE

The service was perfect. They called me the day I ordered to make sure that the shelf was going to be delivered in a certain day, to hear whether that would suit me. I was very thankful because I forgot I was going in vacations the day after. After that I had to change my chosen delivery method from one person to two. They checked if it was possible. Called me two minutes later. We arranged the payment. Very polite and helpful assistant. I was still a little bit nervous. If they wouldn’t deliverer that day I would not have anyone to receive an extremely heavy shelf and I would only be back a week later… on the day, at 09:30. There was a very polite delivery man and the very heavy shelf in my living room. I was able to go on vacation without thinking about the shelf. I could not have asked for a better service. Great experience.

Worst customer service experienced…

Worst customer service experienced since I moved to Danmark. They are just not ready to admit that there are issues with their products and as a customer, you can't do anything. I tried to reach out to some other representative from the company, they are even not ready to listen the issue, they just said that you have to reach out to the store from which you have purchased it (which is not ready to listen).
